kit helps eliminate rough idling, misfiring, power loss,
pinging, knocking and engine run-on. Helps improve
performance and fuel economy, and reduce emissions.
EVER-WEAR 3-Step Fuel System Cleaner cleans
quickly, safely and effectively.
Applications
Can be used on all gasoline fueled piston engines,
including engines with Multec and “pintle-less” injectors.
It is oxygen sensor safe and can be used with “coated”
intake components. Do not apply Induction Cleaner to
diesel or rotary engines.

Step 1—Fuel System Cleaner ......... A premium, high tech formula designed to clean the complete fuel
system from the gas tank to the exhaust. This concentrated formula
dissolves gum, varnish and carbon deposits. Highly effective detergents clean the fuel injectors or carburetor, intake valves and combustion chambers. Scavenges water from the fuel system. Lubricates
injectors, valves, upper cylinders and rings, while improving combustion and reducing exhaust emissions.
Step 2—Air Intake Cleaner ..... ....... Cleans the throttle body and throttle plate. Fast, effective removal of
varnish, carbon, dirt and other contaminants. Lubricates the throttle
plate and all moving parts, with lubricating oil to prevent scoring and
deposit build-up on close tolerance components. Safe for highly
sensitive materials and components. Ford intake manifold safe. Also
safe for idle control valves and oxygen sensors.
Step 3—Valve & Injection Cleaner .. A two-stage intake deposit cleaner. Quickly dissolves gum and
varnish deposits from the intake manifold and runners, valves,
pistons and combustion chambers. Residual cleaner continues to
soften hard carbon deposits for more thorough, long lasting cleaning.
Lubricates while cleaning. Helps reduce build-up in the catalytic
converter and reduce exhaust emissions. No alcohol/methanol

Description
EVER-WEAR Valve & Intake System Cleaner removes deposits and helps the
engine breathe freely again, restoring performance and fuel economy while reducing
emissions. Premium oil-based components provide safe, 2-stage cleaning:
1.
Light volatiles quickly remove gums and varnish from the intake manifold and
runners, valves and combustion chambers.
2.
Thermally stable components remain to soften and safely remove hard carbon
deposits, while also lubricating the system. This thermal stability reaches into
the combustion chamber and the exhaust system, removing combustion chamber deposits for improved performance, cleaning the oxygen sensor for enhanced sensor response and the catalytic converter for reduced emissions.

through the supplied adaptor, the process is as simple as
turning one switch.
The machine automatically identifies and adjusts for fluid-flow
direction. Old fluid is automatically removed at the same rate

When the service is complete, fluid is automatically recirculated

Properly maintained automatic transmission fluid (ATF) is critical to the life of the
transmission; most transmission failures occur because the transmission fluid is not
changed.

Automatic transmissions are complex units; automatic transmission fluid, or ATF,
transmits engine power to the transmission through an automatic clutch unit, controls
the transmission’s internal hydraulic system and lubricates the bearings, bushings and
gears while controlling the friction qualities of the clutches and bands. ATF must also
transfer fluid friction heat from the torque converter, and heat from a wide variety of
friction surfaces—including clutch plates that can instantaneously reach temperatures of
1,100°F (600°C). While optimum transmission operating temperature is 150 to 190°F (65 to 87°C), frontwheel drive transmissions may operate at temperatures as high as 225 to 250°F (107 to 121°C).

Conventional antifreeze and Dexcool capability
The problem
Engine manufacturers recommend coolant system maintenance intervals for good
reasons; weak, neglected coolant can wreak havoc on all cooling system parts.
Freezepoint/boilpoint: When weak coolant reaches the freezepoint it forms ice
crystals. When coolant reaches the boilpoint, it boils over and turns to vapor. Both
can cause cooling system failure.
Acid corrosion: Hoses are damaged from the inside out through electro-chemical
degradation (ECD). Other cooling system components, from cylinder head gaskets to
the radiator, can be damaged by erosion of metals as acids form naturally in coolant
over time, breaking down corrosion inhibitors.
RA (Reserve Alkalinity) is the amount of alkaline buffers, or “inhibitors,” remaining in coolant to neutralize
acids. Coolant manufacturers add inhibitors to increase RA levels, but RA decreases as inhibitors are
used up in the process of neutralizing acids. When RA becomes low, acids accumulate and corrode metal
surfaces in the cooling system, eventually causing system failure.

The problem
Radiators may appear okay on the outside, while inside:
• As water heats, lime separates from the water. When the water cools,
white, powdery lime deposit forms on metal surfaces of the radiator and
water jackets. Deposit formation reduces coolant flow and heat transfer
because of plugged radiator tubes and deposits’ insulating effect.
• Rust forms as iron, water and oxygen react. Rust and corrosion eventually
cause leaks and loss of coolant, especially in seams and where the tubes
join to the header.
• Scale deposits collect in pockets of the water jacket, causing “hot spots”
which can distort cylinders and valve seats. This type of overheating can
occur without indication on the temperature gauge.

The problem
Brake fluid is the most neglected fluid service. More than 70% of
vehicle manufacturers recommend brake fluid flush service, but
their recommendations are limited to time and mileage. Many
factors impact the condition of brake fluid; age, driving conditions,
environment, driving habits, etc. A vehicle with 12,000 miles can
have brake fluid “virtual age” of 30,000 miles. Many conditionrelated factors cannot be detected by visually examining brake fluid.
Waiting until brake fluid fails a moisture test may be too late. When corrosion inhibitors become depleted, corrosion can pit metal bores in the master cylinder, slave cylinders and ABS components.
Pistons cannot move as freely, seals become damaged and cylinders can develop leaks. Repairs are

Directions
Use only in well ventilated areas. Apply freely to affected part. Allow to soak. Repeat if necessary and

Directions
Saturate (wet) troubles area. Allow PB Blaster to penetrate for a few minutes, or longer in difficult situations. Tap lightly and respray to hasten results.
