* Fully Catered prices include a Thanksgiving Meal served buffet style by uniformed servers from skirted buffet
tables. Deluxe plastic plates, forks, knives and napkins are also included with full service catering at no additional
charge. A 25% deposit will reserve your date, and we ask that the final count of guests be given 7 days prior to the
event. Final balance due 3 days prior to event date. There is a $50 service gratuity charge per server on any full
service job.
* Self-Service Catering should be ordered in advance (7 days minimum) and picked up on the day which you
specify. The meal can be picked up cold or heated. Items will be packaged in disposable plastic bowls and
aluminum ware perfect for oven heating. Coffee and deluxe dinnerware are not included with self-service catering. Deluxe plastic plates, forks, knives and napkins can be added for an additional $.50 per person. The meal
can also be delivered for an additional fee.
