We will be reserving , 20 for your event of approximately guest. A Deposit of 25% of the estimated bill and signed contract are required to confirm your event.. The deposit will be applied directly to your Catering Final Balance. The deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancelation less than 2 weeks prior to the event A l l prices for food and beverage are subjected to a 6% sales tax and a 16% service charge. A l l prices reflect a 3% discount when paid by cash or check when paying by credit card the 3% discount does not apply. The Final Guest Count and Payment Balance is due 7-10 days prior to the event. In the event the balance is not paid in that timeframe any discounts given will not apply Faulkner's Catering will provide A l l Disposable paper products including Plates, Cups , Napkins, and Plastic and or real Silverware. Tables, Linens, and China dinnerware are available upon request for an additional charge. Extra Staffing is Required for events requesting Dinnerware over Disposables an additional fee will be applied. Employees are available for Set Up, Tear Down, Serving, and Clearing for an additional charge. Or Plated: Two main entrees, one potato, pasta dish, one vegetable, fresh garden salad, bread & butter. Or Candlelight Buffet Hors D 'oeuvres: Includes two hot and two cold appetizers. Maximum serve time is one and a half hours. Includes real plates and cocktail napkins. Cake Cutting Service: We cut the wedding cake and serve it to the guest on a plate with a fork, then place some pieces back on the cake table. If you have special napkins, bags or boxes we will be more then happy to use them but please have the boxes put together. Standard Table Linen Cloths: A Banquet Table uses a 60"xl20" cloth, 48" Round Table use 90" round cloth, 60" Round Table use 90" round cloth, a 72" Round Table use 108" round cloth. Your choice of over 70 colors!!! Table Skirting: We will skirt all the important tables pertaining to the wedding reception. _ Linen Napkins: You have your choice of over 70 different in-stock colors. Real Place Settings: Includes: dinner & salad plates, silverware, water pitchers, salt & pepper and water glasses. Bar Supply Set-up: We provide: coke, diet coke, sprite, ginger ale, tonic water, club soda, bloody-marry mix, orange juice, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, bar napkins, picks, stir sticks, lemons, limes, cherries, celery, pickles, pour spouts, ice and Ice Chests. Also included is bar glasses until 9:30 pm, after which the bar switches over to plastic for the safety of your guests. Bar glasses include wine, rock, hi-ball glass. Bartender: We will provide one bartender per 100-150 guests. Setup And Teardown OfRental Equipment: We will set up and tear down any rentals that include tables and chairs.
