Event Material Coaching Guide
***THIS EVENT will require a kit – please work with the store to locate a package sent by PROMOWORKS.
Check the demo zone 1st then check with receiving or store management.
If you cannot locate the kit after searching everywhere please leave and complete your recap choosing
the “did not work” option and explain what happened.
Day of Event Checklist:
Print this check list and the Event Receipt Form- to take with you to the event.
Please note that you will NOT be making any purchases; the receipt form is
for the store stamp and signature only.
Dress in uniform. Black pants, white button up shirts, closed-toe black shoes.
No visible tattoos or facial piercings. You may use a plain black sweater or
cardigan.
Bring camera or camera phone; be sure your device is set to capture images
at 1 MB or less. The database will not upload files any larger than 1 MB.
Introduce yourself at Customer service and let them know you will be
conducting an OREO stacking contest. Ask to be directed to the demo zone
where our supplies are stored - the store is not responsible to tell you how to
conduct your event.
Locate the kit sent by PROMOWORKS. As instructed in the video, write in the
date and time of the stacking event on provided posters and place one on
your cart and another at the front of the store to advertise the event.
THIS EVENT CANNOT HAPPEN WITHOUT THE KIT. If you cannot locate it
after searching everywhere please leave and complete your recap choosing
the “did not work” option and explain what happened.
Please disregard the instructions in the video that tell you to call in after
watching the video, this is not necessary.
Set up your stacking station as close to the OREOs in the store. Make an
attractive display using the provided table runner and prizes. Then begin your
stacking event.
THIS IS NOT A SAMPLING EVENT!!! DO NOT OFFER OREOS FOR EATING –they
are only to be used for stacking.
Conduct event as stated explained in the uploaded video.

DO NOT directly approach children, you may only allow them to participate if
an adult is present and has given their permission. Try to get adults and family
members involved.
Take (2) CLEAR photos for your recap. One photo should contain a photo of
yourself in complete uniform by your station and another should contain an
interaction capturing the stacking contest.

If the store is able and willing – provide them with the PA (loudspeaker)
announcement sheet and request for them to mention it throughout the day.
Should the prizes run low or run out still continue with the stacking event
through the end of the shift
Start shutting down the contest 10-15 min. before the end of the event. Take
cart, equipment and supplies to the back room. Clean cart and equipment.
Once cleaned supplies and equipment is dry, store them in the area where
they are kept (Red Zone)
Throw out all posters and table runners at the end of the event. Give any
leftover prizes to the store Manager. DO NOT store anything in the cabinet.
Have a manager on duty sign your Event Receipt Form and obtain a store
stamp. You will not have a receipt attached – there will not be any purchases
needed for this event.

Enter your Start Time and End Time (no breaks)
Upload Event Receipt Form to your Interactions Online Event Recap
Upload event photos and add commentary*. (Commentary is required. This
includes your opinion of the event customer’s dislikes/likes and suggestions)
