Place: Riga Curling Hall, www.kerlingahalle.lv Address: Bikernieku street 121H, Riga, Latvia, LV-1021 Maximum number of teams: 12 Entry fee: 150 EUR (including dinner at Sunday night, 31st March) Entry deadline: 1st March, 2013, first entries will get advance Prizes: prizes for first four teams (finalists) System of play: 12 teams divided in 3 groups of 4 teams each. Best ranked team from each group goes directly into the semi-final, best second placed team (based on DSC) also advances to semi-final. Rules: Games are played according to WCF rules.
