first instance.
• Lenses returned within 3 months of purchase
date will qualify for full credit or free
exchange.

• All invoices to be settled in full strictly by 25th
of month following invoice date.
• If an account becomes overdue interest at 2%
per month will be added to the debt. Overdue
accounts will be referred to our solicitor or
a debt recovery agent and the cost of their
services will be added to the debt. If we decide
to request a summons, judgement etc., the
above interest rate will replace the county
court rate and be added to the debt together
with all related cost and fees.
• Title to any goods ordered shall not pass to
the customer until the customer has settled
all sums due to us whether in respect thereof
or otherwise.
