Job Duties: 25% - After Hours Management – Monitor and answer all after hour’s calls, inquiries, and messages 25% - Dispatch & Order Optimization – Plan, coordinate, schedule, and dispatch orders efficiently and
cost effectively 20% - Monitor, track, and update cost, price, and contract balance systems, files, and reports.
Administer and evaluate recurring and auto-fill order / ticket schedules, auto fill tank 15% - Maintain, update,
track, and report on defined logistical, operational, and sales related metrics and scorecards 15% - Reconcile
all shipment transaction exceptions that are preventing orders from being invoiced same day. Review, audit,
and approve all Carrier freight bills. ** Other duties as defined by management
