way, as the event theme runs across the whole
age spectrum and throughout the day. The
event is accessible for all, with top quality
content in children’s and youth programmes
and provision for people with disabilities and
additional needs.

Celebration, enjoy quality time with family

GOD IS THE ULTIMATE
GAME CHANGER
We want to create space to encounter him. By that
encounter, we are equipped to engage in our world and
empower others to join in. We become a team of game
changers in our society, transforming communities in the
name of Jesus.
We’ll be exploring different ways to worship and pray, discovering how we
can make space, physically and mentally, to meet with God in our everyday
lives, wherever we are. Do we dare to dream what the impact of that could be?
Our case study is Moses. The long-lasting impact he made for the kingdom
of heaven started when he met with God at the burning bush. From that
encounter he was emboldened to speak up and stand up for the freedom
of his people. God continued to meet with Moses and chose to work
through him in astounding ways, not solo, but as part of a team that
made history together.
Let’s gather in 2016 to acknowledge the noise of our culture and our
busy lives and find space to encounter the living God afresh. We want
to explore where the Church stands in our society and what impact our
encounters with God could have on those around us. What might it
mean for our communities if we better understood God’s perspective
and stood up for it? Could we change the game?
Jesus is at work, constantly doing new things by the power of his Spirit.
The exciting question is: Do we want to join him?

THE BIG START*
All ages come together for a high-energy start to the day in the
main venue or on your chalet TV. We explore the daily theme and
Bible passage with prayer, art, singing, drama and more.
BIBLE TEACHING*
Each full day there’s a meaty chunk of great teaching from
someone who knows the Bible and how to communicate.
We start with worship and finish with a short time to reflect.
For the rest of the day, choose from a huge variety of content
designed to meet you where you are…
There is more Bible teaching and exploration of the theme, help
with answering tough questions, stories to inspire you, workshops
and practical courses to help you transform your community and
build God’s kingdom. Plus special sessions to train and support
parents and leaders. There are matinees and activities for all ages
– and more opportunities than ever to worship in different styles
or spend time in prayer. Then of course you can enjoy the amazing
Butlins facilities including Splash Waterworld, the fairground,
playgrounds and beautiful nearby beaches.
CELEBRATIONS*
Evening worship, preaching and response come in varying styles,
to help you find the best way to connect with God. Gather with
thousands in the main venue, worship in a smaller alternative
meeting or join the informal all-age celebration.
ENTERTAINMENT
Comedy, music, theatre, dance, debate and discussion – complete
your day relaxing with friends.
*Sessions from the main venue are also broadcast to the TV in your accommodation.

Whether you’re three months or 18 years old, Spring
Harvest has the right programme for you.
These run at the same time as the adult morning sessions so you can relax
knowing your kids are learning and having fun. Everyone over eight can
also enjoy an age-specific evening celebration.

CHILDREN
Energetic fun-packed sessions for kids are led by some of the
UK’s leading children’s ministry specialists. Following the same
theme material as the adults and teens, Spring Harvest youngsters
explore the Bible in age-appropriate ways.
It’s about growing in relationship with Jesus, learning from the
Bible, knowing you’re part of something bigger – and having tons
of fun along the way!
YOUTH
Spring Harvest gives 11-18s the time of their lives: outstanding
venues, new friends, inspiring worship, life-changing Jesus moments
plus barrel loads of fun and action around the resorts.
Passionate leaders create inspirational gatherings for Bible learning,
worship and encouragement. We want to see young people become
game changers for Christ, so get ready for the time of your life!
ALL-AGE CELEBRATION
Spring Harvest is a leader in intergenerational ministry.
That means we love it when all ages get together to learn and
worship! The day begins in the main venue with The Big Start
where everyone discovers the daily theme through drama,
songs and fun activity.
In the early evening there are two hour-long, interactive
all-age celebrations ideal for families with children under eight.
Lively and interactive, they focus on the daily theme like all the
other celebrations.
There are also matinees and afternoon activities that cater for
all ages.

Spring Harvest is even better in a group. It strengthens
relationships, gives you the chance to spend quality time with
church friends and injects fresh life to church community.
Teens and children are envisioned when they see that they’re
part of something big and vibrant.
Some churches share catering, babysitting and outings together;
others do their own thing and meet up once or twice.
We offer resources and advice to help you encourage and
organise others to join you. Call us to order posters, DVDs
