Sounds of a Steinway piano welcomes

Guests may experience the new trend in
Japanese cuisine at the acclaimed Nobu
restaurant by celebrated Japanese Chef
Nobu Matsuhisa. Savor favorites including
new style sashimi and yellowtail with

chef’s choice, Omasake. Nobu welcomes

Club’s warm, inviting atmosphere is the

CASA D’ANGELO $$$$
Tuscany meets the Caribbean as
Chef Angelo Elia brings his awardwinning South Florida Italian eatery
to The Bahamas. An extensive menu
of traditional Tuscan fare, laced with
Southern Italian accents is offered in an
intimate setting. Choose from antipasti
such as beef carpaccio or sautéed
little neck clams. Enjoy one of Chef
Angelo’s signature dishes, from veal
chop Milanese to herb- crusted rack of
lamb. An extensive wine list offers the
perfect paring to your meal. Top the
evening off with an espresso-soaked
tiramisu. Casa D’Angelo welcomes

Offering views of Ocean Club Golf
Course, the Clubhouse menu features
flavorful continental plates, such as
gazpacho, grilled lobster or veal chop,
fresh fish selections and delicious
desserts. The full service bar will prepare
guests’ favorite libations while they catch
the latest sports news. Breakfast and
lunch can be enjoyed seven days a week;
dinner is offered on Friday, Saturday and
Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Sitting atop a bluff at One&Only Ocean
Club is Dune, a restaurant by chef JeanGeorges Vongerichten. Dune offers
French-Asian cuisine, infused with local
herbs and Bahamian influences. Interior
designer Christian Liaigre’s blend of
rustic and refined British Colonial
touches enfold each guest in elegance.

SEAFIRE STEAKHOUSE $$$$
Dine in a modern steakhouse ambiance
where rich, smoked, seared and grilled

The beverage menu introduces a variety

traditional butchery counter for Marina

colorful restaurant with ocean-inspired
interiors and an outdoor bar. The open
kitchen features a conch station where
fresh, Bahamian conch is prepared

grilled mahi mahi and mojo-marinated
chicken are tamed by sweet ‘tings’
like pineapple bread pudding, tropical

Family-friendly Johnny Rockets is a

RESERVATIONS
Dinner reservations are required. Guests with flexible plans
may want to consider making dinner reservations between
6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., or after 9:00 p.m. when seating
tends to be more readily available. Guests are encouraged to
make dinner reservations for their entire stay at the time of
booking or prior to the day of arrival.
Please note that restaurant days of operation and hours may
vary at any time.

To avoid the $50 per person “no show” fee, reservations must
be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to actual dining time.
