In 1980 she achieved the diploma of a High School of Science. From 1980 to 1981
attended the International University of Art Design Course at the Palazzo Fortuny
in Venice. She studied at Urbino College of Industrial Arts, where in the 1985-86
academic year she obtained the diploma with full marks 110/110 with honours in
Editorial and Illustrative Art under the guidance of Prof. Alfred Hohenegger. From
1985 to 1986 she worked as a freelancer, preparing a few campaigns for the Venice
County Council and Coordinated Images for private people and Cooperatives. She
worked for the Advertising and Visual Communication Agency “ De Bellis” in
Pordenone and for the “Studio Tapiro” in Venice creating graphic projects. In 1987
she worked for two years for S.Y.D.S. editions in Milan as visual graphic designer,
taking care of graphic images for the magazines “Bazaar Italia” and “Bazaar Uomo”.
In 1989 she worked for three years in Venice as graphic editor for “Marsilio Editori”,
working in both magazine editing and literary editing. She re- designed the Magazines
“Marco Polo” and “Mitteleuropa”, and managed the paging and graphics of various
art and exhibition catalogues. From 1991 to 1992 attended a Training Course in Art
Education at the Mart in Rovereto Trento. Since 1991 she has dedicated her time to
art and painting. In 1992 she began teaching Visual Communications and Coordinated
Images for the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica in Venice. In 1994 she published an
article in the magazine “Grafica&Disegno” n. 14, on how to create a brand trademark
and logo, called “Trademarks of water, air and fire, how to design a logo using the
brain”. From 1999 to 2004 she taught Abstract Art and Mixed Techniques at the
Scuola Internazionale di Grafica in Venice to both Italian and American students.
From 2001 to 2004 she held refresher courses for teaching Art in junior and infant
schools for Venice County Council and the Education Authorities, using a teaching
method to activate artistic fantasy through poetry and art. In 2003 she published an
article “Conversation among clouds” for the magazine “On Line Radio Villafranceschi”.

From 2003 to 2004 she produced a programme of study and lessons and held a course
for teachers and students at the Diego Valeri primary and secondary schools in Favaro
Veneto (Venice), with lessons and workshops entitled “Reflecting yourself in a
Portrait”. At the same school from 2004-2005 she held another course of study
entitled “The interior landscape”, through the texts of writers and artists, she studied
how to make an interior landscape. Everything was then culminated in an event
study, with the participation of Professor Raffaele Milani Professor of History and
Landscape Aesthetics at the University of Bologna. In 2004 she published an essay for
Venice Council, the Public Education department for Educational Projects, entitled
“Let the artichokes blossom”, with an introduction by Prof. Marco Dallari from Trento
and Rovereto University. It is a guide on how to play with pursuing words, colours and
shapes in poetry and art.

In 2005 she took part in the congress “The language of space”- the educational
contexts evaluation - organized by Reggio Children and by the Lido and Pellestrina
Council in Venice. In 2005 she took part in the congress “Science and Today’s Vision
of the World” organized by the Istituto Veneto di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti (Veneto
Institute of Science, Letters and Arts), UNESCO ROSTE and the Zoological Station
“Anton Dohrn”, Naples. In 2006 she took part in the seminar-congress “Big Band
Diabasis Orchestra” issues on identity, cultural systems, tools of a publishing house
organized by the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. In 2006-2007, the Mart
Teaching Department proposed teaching courses during the event entitled
“Attractively” and they invited her to hold a lesson dedicated to Art and Cognitive
Science, University of Trento -Rovereto entitled “When the mirror hides the form”.
In October 2009 she was selected to follow a University course entitled
“Paesaggio:Immagine e realtà” (Landscape:Image and reality) organised by
The Veneto Institute of Science, Literature and Art and the Federico Zeri Trust.
In 2010-2011 was selected to attend a Master Class in Visual Arts and Design at
the Venice Biennale. In July 2011 held a workshop at the Children’s Museum of
Rome Explora for operators and children between the ages of 3 and 6 years old,
titled “The Skin of the Tree”. In 2013, was selected as a Fellow of the Educational

In 1998 she participated in an exhibition curated by Marco Goldin “Palazzo Sarcinelli
1988- 1998. A donation for a new museum”, in Conegliano, Treviso, with the catalogue
published by Electa. The work “Formation XXIV” since 1997 is in the permanent
exhibition in Palazzo Sarcinelli in Conegliano.
In 2000 she took part in the course “Monotype on offset press” held by Sarah Amos,
Professor at Vermont Studio Centre and at Dartmouth College. In 2001 she was
selected for the sixth edition for the “Morlotti-Imbersago Award” and participated
in the exhibition organised by Marina Pizziolo with the works “Crossing” and
“Animated Body” a monotype on paper. In 2001 she took part in the “Slow
Proceeding” collective exhibition at the Bugno Art Gallery in Venice, organised
by Elisa Capitanio and Paolo Vincenzi with works on paper entitled “Formation”.
In 2001 her first personal exhibition at the “Verifica 8+1” Gallery in Mestre, where
she presented the catalogue “Colour after Black” with texts by Manlio Brusatin.

In 2002 she took part in a collective exhibition “Interior Landscapes” at the Cube

In 2003 a personal exhibition “Intra- vedere” curated by Letizia Ragaglia, artistic
director of the Museion in Bolzano, at the Brolo Centre of Art and Culture in Mogliano
Veneto (Venice), together with the Henri Matisse exhibition “The brightness of black”
curated by Csimiro Di Crescenzo. In 2003 she followed the course “Monotype: History
and Methods“ held by Michael Mazur, University Professor at Harvard University,
Cambridge, MA. In 2003, she designed and planned the scenic creation of a theatrical
performance entitled “Immaculate Deflagration”, written by Donatella Ventimiglia and
Filiberto Segatto for Ca’ Foscari University in Venice. In 2004 she participated in a
collective exhibition “International Graphics in Venice “ at Palazzo Cecchini, in
Cordovado (Pordenone), in collaboration with “La Roggia” Cultural Association of
Pordenone. In 2004 she attended a course on “Contemporary Graphic Arts” held by
John Ford, teacher at ISLA (International School of Loose Affiliations) Canada, and
Franco Vecchiet. In 2006 she participated in a exhibition “Comoedia. Dark and Light”
curated by Gaetano Salerno, at the Bellofresco Smart Collection Gallery in Mestre
(Venice). In 2006 the Tralee Technology Institute (Ireland) commissioned one of her
works for a permanent position inside the college hall. The work entitled
“Filo arboreo” was installed in August of the same year. In 2007 she organised the
“dreaming_sides” personal exhibition curated by Valerio Dehò, Professor of Aesthetics
at the Academy of Carrara, in the Grand Hotel in Florence. In 2007-2008 she was
selected and participated in the exhibition Focus Abengoa Foundation in Seville for
the Painting Award 2007 with her work “Florazione”. In 2008 she took part in the
International Fair of Modern and Contemporary Art in Bolzano Kunstart ‘08,
represented by the Hofficina D’Arte Gallery in Rome. Invited by the organizers of the
Fair Kunstart ‘08 as Special Guest with the artwork Nuvola (Cloud). In 2008 The
Vernon Gallery invited her to attend the Internationalof Festival of Contemporary Art
“Tina b” 2008, in the section “Darkness is noon” edited by Anna Rosa Musumeci,
at The Institute of Italian Culture in Prague from 25 September to 15 October 2008.
In 2009 was selected for the exhibition “Labyrint 09- Writings and Observation”
At Botkyrka Konsthall, Tumba Stockholm Sweden. In 2009 was selected as finalist
for Westbrook School Percent for Art project in Maine in the USA with the sculpture
entitled “ SOS_PESO” “SUS_PENDED”. In 2010 partecipated in “Experimenta”
self-management and artistic experimentation: Verifies 8+1 Gallery (1978 -2008)
at the Candiani Art Center Mestre Venice. In 2010 she was selected by The Architecture Omi Program in New York with her project works entitled “The Cave Upside
down”. In 2010 present in the Contemporary Art Festival Villa Farsetti Italy by
Donatella Meropiali & Maria Angela Brion with the Sculpture Installation entitled:
“Space Weight”.In 2010 she organised a personal exhibition entitled “The Ground”
at the Galerie Martin Geier Lagundo, Merano, Italy and in the same period she was
selected for a residency in the Summer 2011 at the Arteles Center in Filand.

In 2010, of the 375 artists who took part, the work “Dis-Unito” was selected for
exhibition in the Foundation for the Focus-Abengoa 2010 Painting Award Seville.
In 2010 - 2011 was selected to attend the Master Class in Visual Arts and Design at the
Venice Biennale. In 2011 at the end of the Master Class of the Venice Biennale, organized an exhibition entitled “From the cinema light bulb for architecture” in which her
work entitled “Half-light” “Pen- ombra” was presented. In 2011 she worked out the
draft of an exposure with two students who were involved in the Academy of Fine Arts
of Aquila in Italy. Using her idea of the exhibition and her sculpture installation
entitled “Air Movement”, the elaboration of a sound by the student Matteo Ludovico
entitled “Overload” and the filming of the student Carlo Nannicola.

participate as a resident artist at the Arteles Center in Finland, where she ddid
research on the borderline between drawing and sculpture, between the sign and line
volume that allows the air to move. She worked on an immaterial limit as if it did not
have either a short lived or a fragile existence as if the sculpture is a means of moving
the air around it rather than building an actual object. She createed the sculpture:
Upside Down, and she installed an outdoor sculpture installation titled

In 2011 she was selected by Hangzhou Cultural Brand Promotion Organization for the
competition “Following the path of Marco Polo” Venice and Hangzhou in China.
In 2011 she was selected for the first International Biennale of the art of metal
METALOfonas,Vilnius. In 2011she she was selected to participate as a resident artist
at The CCA Andratx Mallorca, Spain, the art works are exhibited in the Kunstall
Gallery in the exhibition titled “Wall Sculptures” until March 2012.

studies of drawings on the Stars and the Universe was published for the first time in
the magazine “ARIA Undergrounde” and presented at the Volume! Foundation of
Rome. In 2012 was invited by Cucine d’Italia in the “KITCHENS OF ITALIAN EXPERIENCE” in the Officine Farneto of Rome space to write “narratives of taste” of “Taste
Archaeologist”© In 2012 the project of sculpture installation entitled “EXIT” was
published for the first time in the no.3 issue of the Magazine “ARIA Undergrounde”,
presented at Metropoliz of Rome. In 2013 participated in the exhibition “Andratx on
Paper” curated by Patricia Asbæk at Kunsthall of CCA Andratx in Mallorca. In 2013
one of her unpublished story and photo entitled “Take heart” is published for the first
time on the number 4 of the Magazine “ARIA Undergrounde” presented at the Gallery

Based on the works by the participating artists in the CCA Artists-in-Residence
Program, the exhibition will explore the different uses and applications made on

In 2014 have published an university research in the Magazine “Infanzia” of
University Bologna . This research entitled “Il mio letto è una nave” (My bed is a ship)
is on learning of written language through the “sensitive” in the poem to pass through
