The AMP’D television set has a 180 day parts and labor warranty. If your set is defective within the first 30 days
of purchase, Access Securepak will replace the AMP’D Television if there is a material or workmanship defect. If
your set is defective within 31 to 180 days, customers should return the TV with a copy of their dated sales receipt
freight prepaid to the AMP’D Service Center (in warranty information) and the TV will be repaired and returned to
the customer within 14 working days of receipt of the TV. After 180 days from the date of purchase, the customer
must return the TV freight prepaid to the AMP’D Service Center along with their sales receipt and a prepaid check in
the amount of $50.00 payable to AMP’D Electronics to cover labor and return shipping. The TV will be repaired and
returned to the customer within 14 working days of receipt of the TV. This service excludes damage to the LCD panel.
If there is damage to the LCD panel, AMP’D will provide a written estimate on repair and panel replacement costs.
