TIENS GROUP GLOBAL COMPETITION Tiens Group Global OPP Challenge Competition Speed up new recruitment rate & recruit 30 three-star and upper three-star distributors from January 1, 2015 to May 25, 2015,hence stimulate performance. Create deeper marketing impact. To create a positive recruitment environment, OPP should be repeatable and duplicate. Eventually all distributors are able to do OPP, everybody know how to share our marketing plan. 01st January 2015 – 25th May 2015 Participating countries: China, Russia,Indonesia,Kazakhstan,Ukraine,Pakistan,Vietnam, Bangladesh,Peru,Japan,Nigeria, India, Myanmar,Colombia,Ethiopia, Sudan,Romania,Poland,Hungary,The Czech Republic dealers. 26/05/2015 – 15/06/2015 18/6/2015 – 25/6/2015 26/6/2015 – 25/7/2015 •Submission of DVD live presentation of the OPP forms the competitors of all the participating countries. •Submission of the Regional language translated copy (with English subtitled) to the committee of Judges. Recording Requirements 1. Dressing and Language Form (1)Be well-groomed and smartly dressed (2) Wear a suit and a badge (3) Speak frequently and clearly at a moderate pace (4) Be energetic and use proper gestures 2. Recording Procedure (1) Adopt natural light, incandescent lights or lights for shooting and ensure that the video contains no color shift and is neither too bright nor too dark (2) Make the audio and video clear and inclusion-free and ensure the recording quality (3) Focus on close-up views, waist shots and full figure shots and appropriately add the images of onthe-spot students to the video (4) Try to ensure that the placing of the camera could realize multi-angle switching without chromatic aberration (5) Record the performance of the contestant throughout the competition. 3. Post-production Requirements (1) Keep the framerate stable to ensure that it contains no jitter and color mutation (2) Integral plots and fluent montage (3) Submit data and video in such formats as mpeg, MOV and AVI and match sound and pictures (4) Video scale: 16:9 (5) Submit the original video without montages and image additions (6) Submit the video with Chinese captions that are translated from the presentation content of the contestant Participants must have conducted no less than 4 times OPP per month. Each contestant shall recruit at least 30 three-star and upper three-star distributors from January 1, 2015 to May 25, 2015 Participants must be 3 stars and above with no less than 30 distributors. Participants must fulfilled the respective country minimum performance/activities requirements. The shooting/video tapping as to be develop by the participants and should be duplicable, practical and effective. The content of the OPP should include but not restricted to the followings: - The opportunities, the industry, the company, the system and the current sales promotion activities. The video of the competition must be taken from a real live OPP meeting. The presentation should not be less than 40 minutes. A separate video shooting the Distributors should be done concurrently and both are to be submitted to India H.O. Submission of the Regional language translated copy (with English sub-titled)to the committee of Judges. Each country could submit up to 3 VCD. Without sub-titled Video will be rejected by TIENS INDIA HQ and will not be eligible to participate in the competition.
