models as well as some older body styles. All patterns and software
are updated weekly when new patterns become available.
Our all-inclusive package includes the cutting plotter, proprietary
software and the pattern library. Load the software and hook up the
plotter and you are ready to start cutting patterns.

Enpro has developed a single source computer-cut system for
window film, paint protection film, headlight protection film
and vinyl. The system allows you the ability to manipulate the
dimensions of the patterns to fit to your liking.
Pre-cut kits are also available if you like the ease of installing kits but don’t want to purchase the whole

Safety Glazing for Impact Resistance
In buildings where the government mandates tempered or laminated glass, Madico films can bring buildings

Attachment Systems are designed to enhance security film applications by
bonding the filmed glass directly to the window frame. These systems have
the ability to reduce the risk of glass leaving the frame when broken either by
an intruder, storm or blast. The system descriptions which follow show the
different characteristics of each.
FrameGard Attachment
Attachment Systems • Madico
FrameGard has been specifically engineered to keep the filmed glass
within the frame during a hazardous event. The primary advantage
of this system is during installation the film is wrapped behind the
FrameGard, which is then attached to the window frame with screws.
This system also utilizes a rubber gasket attached to the FrameGard,
decreasing the shearing effect along the perimeter of the window. These
are major advantages over the other systems. This system also allows
engineers to precisely determine torque settings for each individual
application, which can then be tested after the installation. Another
advantage of this system is that it can be reused in most cases where
only the glass has been damaged.
Wet Glaze Attachment
The SafetyShield Wet Glaze System utilizes Dow Corning 995 Structural Silicone to create a bond that
connects the filmed glass to the existing window frame. During a natural
or man-made disaster, the Wet Glaze System is designed to maintain the
structure of the shattered glass while the Dow Corning 995 reduces the
shearing effect along the edges of
the window frame.
This system may be specified for
use in Blast Mitigation, Hurricane
Protection and Anti-Intrusion
applications.

LifeLine Attachment
The SafetyShield® LifeLine System employs synthetic cords that
span the width of a filmed window. The system is designed to
arrest the inward travel of the filmed glass after it has sheared at
the edges during the positive phase of a blast. The cords used in
this system are designed to elongate or stretch in order to absorb
this energy until the negative phase pulls the shattered glass from
the structure, thereby reducing the risk of injury to the occupants
of the building. The design of this system also lends itself to
retrofit applications where there is an existing film application.
The SafetyShield® LifeLine System is primarily specified for use in
Blast Mitigation applications.

What Exactly is Printed Window Film?
It is the process of printing special ink designed to adhere to window film
giving infinite possible applications. It is printed on translucent clear film
and can be any shade, any color, or any combination your imagination can
allow. It can be printed as wide as 60” and can be as long as the material

All orders are shipped COD check or certified funds unless other credit arrangements have been made. Free
freight for all qualifying orders over $1,500 (excludes 60” & 72” film and any other oversized material). There
is a $10 per shipment fee on all oversized shipments. There is a 25% restocking fee + freight on all refused
shipments. Every COD certified funds tag carries a $9 charge. Enpro hours of operation are Monday through
Friday (excluding holidays) 8:00am to 5:00pm. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Helpful Policies and Procedures to Know
Business Forms • Policies
All product to be returned must have the Return Authorization Number (RA) and be shipped freight prepaid
to Enpro Distributing. The RA Number must be visible on the outside of the box(es) to prevent refusal. The
RA Number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All product returned for credit or exchange must have
been purchased from Enpro within the previous 90 days. Applies to standard stocking items only. Returns
are not approved for partial rolls, custom cut material, or special order items.
For product exchanges, Enpro will exchange product and prepay freight back to you. Credit will be issued at
original dealer purchase price and a 25% restocking fee will be charged. No cash refunds.
All returned product must be in its original packaging with all applicable accessories included. If items are
missing we will only replace or issue credit for what we receive.
Call tags will only be issued for defective items, not for items to be returned to stock. Items that are
determined not to be defective, or are to be returned to stock will face a 25% restocking fee and a charge for
the call tag.
Orders placed with our Houston and DFW offices prior to 2:30pm Central time will ship out the same day.
Orders placed with our Charlotte office prior to 2:30pm Eastern time will ship out the same day. Custom cut,
short cut and add-on orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day.
There is a $10 charge for all custom cut, short cut and reboxed orders.
Short cut orders carry a $.25/ft. premium and must be ordered in 20ft. increments.
