APOnline ,CMS & Sreeven were selected as Service Center Agencies for rural areas. Agreements were signed with SCAs namely CMS Computers Ltd for Zone I,III,V, Sreeven Infocom Ltd for Zone II and AP Online for Zone IV, VI to set up CSCs. GoI provided Revenue Support / Viability Gap Funding of Max. of Rs. 3304 per month per CSC, but SCAs CMS and Sreeven quoted for ‘Zero’ and AP Online has quoted for Rs. 2441. It is registered under Mumbai Public Trust Act 1950 and Society Registration Act 1860. In Panchayat Area Wide Area Network (PAWAN) all eGram gets connected with Districts and State Capital Each eGram is having Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT), Voice Over Internetwork Protocol (VoIP) Phone, Web camera and UPS.
