YOUR SEMESTER GUIDE TO SCHOOL NEWS, INFORMATION AND EVENTS.
Letter From The Director: Moving Forward
Happy New Year! With much enthusiasm
we enter 2015. We have had a very
productive, busy semester with many
academic, athletic as well as extracurricular
activities and accomplishments. These
events will be highlighted in the pages that
follow.
Our students academically shined by receiving
such awards as the Adolfo Fortier Award,
given by The College Board to students with
high scores on these standardized Achievement
Tests. In the athletic arena, the Falcon’s Golf
team won the Season Championship. At the
extracurricular level, the students gave their all
practicing community service with the
Salvation Army Adopt a Family event, where
they diligently worked to procure presents for
families in need during the holiday season.
These activities and the rest highlighted in this
newsletter show how our students embody our
WISE students, in all areas, Mind, Body and
Spirit!
In the areas of administration and programs,
the New Cafeteria program has been welcomed
and applauded by parents who are now clearly
informed at all times of what their children are
consuming and their balance. An innovative
Open House to attract students and their
parents, was a huge success, where we
received more than 75 families interested in
our school. Making Arrival as smooth and safe
as possible is another area being worked with.
These are just a few of the many positive
changes happening at Cupeyville School
constantly.
At Cupeyville School we have a highly
committed group of individuals who work hand
in hand which includes, administration, faculty,
staff and parents. For this reason, I am
confident that Cupeyville School will continue
to be the Excellent English Speaking College
Preparatory Institution which it has been for 51
years and we look forward to the future with
much enthusiasm and anticipation.
My heartfelt thanks to all of the Cupeyville
School community for
all the support, help and
commitment they have
given to our institution
throughout the years.
Sincerely,
Ana Pagán
Director
