Introduction:
Congratulations on your new purchase of Kaption Audio loudspeakers.
These loudspeakers are engineered to reproduce music that is so detailed,
you will hear music in a whole new truly superior product.
We always recommend you have these speakers installed by an authorized
Kaption Audio dealer and have any electrical work by a licensed electrician.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these instructions and follow for safe operation and to
optimize the performance. Please keep the instructions in a safe place for
further assistance or reference.
1. Do not use this product near water or any heat source such as a stove,
radiator, fireplace or any other heat source including an amplifier.
2. Clean with a dry cloth no water or chemical based products
3. Do not remove or modify these speakers in any way or modify the
electrical plug. This product is grounded and conforms to electrical
and safety standards. If the plug does not fit into your electrical outlet
consult a licensed electrician.
4. Protect the power cord from any physical damage particularly at the
end of the plug or where it exits from the speakers or mounting area.
5. Do not modify or remove any hardware or accessories that are
attached to speakers. Please only use attachments and accessories
supplied by manufacturer. Failure to comply can result in damage to
speakers or personal injury.
6. If this unit is not being used for a long period of time unplug from
electrical output. Also if they are being used in a cold climate remove
and store or use indoors.
If the speakers have been damaged in anyway such as a power supply
cord frayed or cut or any liquid has been spilled or exposed to rain
and moisture and does not operate normally or have been dropped
disconnect the speakers and contact a Kaption audio dealer or call 1
866 527 8466 (Kaption).

WARNING
The active speaker uses standard household voltage (120VAC), leave any
service requirements to skilled personnel only. Non qualified personnel or
improper handling may result in electric shock.

1. Theses speakers are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. We
recommend to be taken indoors during the winter months to protect
speakers from freezing and cold temperatures.
2. No guarantee or claims for the speakers and no liability for any
damage occurred which resulted in personnel damage or material will
be accepted if the units are used for anything other than originally
intended. This would include and not be exempt if the units are not
connected properly or not installed properly and they are physically
abused.
3.
When the speakers are no longer used, please dispose of the
speaker according to your local recycling program.

Connections
Before connected any parts of the speakers, ensure the speakers are not
energized and that any input source is switched off.
1. Speaker to Speaker:
Connect the amplified output on the rear panel of the left speaker,
marked “RIGHT LS OUT” to the terminals on the rear panel of the
right speaker marked “RIGHT LS IN”using speaker wire. Always
maintain the correct polarity. Match terminals of the same color
together: Red to Red and Black to Black.
2. Connect input source LINE IN. (Optional on Bluetooth Models)
Connect the signal source (example: CD player, Tuner, Computer etc.)
LINE-IN LEVEL output to the RCA jacks on the rear panel of the left
speaker. “L” for left channel, “R” for right channel
3. Power
Connect the power cable provided to the socket on the rear panel of
the left speaker to a 120VAC / 60Hz standard household wall plug.

Operation
1. Set the VOLUME control dial to MIN (turn to the left).
2. Turn on speakers with the POWER switch. The LED marked POWER will
light up. The LED marked BLUETOOTH will light up for a few seconds
then turn off.
3. Use the VOLUME control to adjust the sound to the desired level. If
sound distortion can be heard, decrease the volume until the distortion
can not longer be heard.
4. Use the TREBLE and BASS controls to adjust for the desired sound.
Bluetooth® Setup
The model 570-OSB650 allows you to stream music from a Bluetooth®
enabled device. This would include any smart phone, tablet and MP3
player. This allows you to enjoy your favourite music indoors or outdoors
without wires.
BLUETOOTH® PAIRING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn the power on your 570 OSB650 speakers A voice will broadcast
the power is on
2. Scan for new device on your Bluetooth® enabled device
3. Select 570-OSB650
4. The system will announce that your device was paired
5. Begin streaming music to your speakers
Once a Bluetooth connection is made, the speakers will automatically
change the analogue “LINE IN” input to be off.
Note: The Bluetooth signal source must support A2DP profile standard.
(Advanced Audio Distribution Profile).

Limited Warranty Information:
Kaption Audio loudspeakers have a one-year limited warranty. This
warranty covers the original purchaser of a Kaption Audio speaker,
purchased from an authorized Kaption Audio dealer.
In order to receive service, proof of purchase is required stating the
customers name, dealer name, product purchased and date of purchase.
Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired
or replaced with a product deemed to be equivalent at Kaption Audio’s
discretion.
What is not covered
1. Any product not purchased from an authorized Kaption Audio dealer.
2. Any expense related to the removal, re-installation or shipment of any
Kaption Audio products.
3. Any Kaption Audio product that has been defaced or altered.
4. Subsequent damage to other components.
5. Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper operation, water and
theft.
6. Burnt voice coils due to amplifier clipping or distortion.
7. Repeated returns with the same damaged may be considered abuse.
