NORTH AMERICA | SOUTH AMERICA The patient had previously been treated with inadequate direct composite restorations. The restorations were unattractive and did not look lifelike. PAPPATERRA TORBAY DENTIST, COLOMBIA / VENEZUELA Initial situation "The realistic look of the form with the physiognomy of the patient is very convincing. The beauty and the natural look of the final result is achieved through the LIBARDO GARCÍA TOLOSA DENTAL TECHNICIAN, COLOMBIA subtlety of stratification." Gonzalo Zubiri, Member of the judging panel Final situation IPS e.max ® With the help of the Digital Smile Design protocol developed by Dr C. Coachman, the anterior teeth were optically lengthened and a mock-up was produced. This was used to check the static and dynamic situation. The provisional restoration was fabricated once the teeth had been prepared according to minimally invasive principles. Subsequently, six polychromatic IPS e.max Press Multi veneers were pressed. They were internally stained and individually layered in the incisal third using IPS e.max Ceram. In the mouth, the restorations visibly optimized the smile line. Their lifelike appearance and natural-looking shade progression produced a harmonious overall picture. Veneers: IPS e.max® Press Multi (A1), IPS e.max® Ceram
