Virtual tour is also available on Google Earth Street View Venue access: Loading locations: In the alley between Seymour and Granville Streets, enter from Smithe Street just west of the Seymour and Smithe intersection. It is a tight turn and alternate access is from Robson Street north up the alley and backing down to the dock. Loading dock at truck level with an adjustable dock plate is under the overhang of a residential tower. Clearance is 13’9”. Load‐in through freight elevator down to stage and basement level. Elevator dimensions are: 5.90m or 19' 4" long and 2.44m or 8' wide with door openings 2.44m x 2.44m or 8' x 8' with a capacity of 5,443 kg or 12,000 lbs. **Please note that trucks are not allowed to stay at the loading dock. They must move to pre‐arranged parking after they are unloaded** Alternate loading is through the stage door entrance at 865 Seymour Street, down ramp from sidewalk level to stage. Pre‐arranged deliveries only. Has to be prepaid. There is a time limit on Seymour Street loading entrance, with no stopping between 7:00am to 9:30am weekdays. Down Lights
 In addition to the above lighting, the entire stage area within the shell can be illuminated by permanently focused PAR
64 & Par 38 units US of the proscenium plus 9x White Source 4 36º units DS of the proscenium. This open white
down lighting reaches a level of approximately 125 foot-candles - 3200 degrees K. This wash is designed for and
used by musicians to read music. (These fixtures are normally not re-focusable).
Colour
 While we stock a good inventory of commonly used Rosco and Lee lighting gel colours, we do not promise to have
any particular colours that may be needed for your production.
Followspots
 2x – Lycian 1295 – ELT 3kw Xenon Spots
 2x - Xebex Supersol 3kw Xenon Spots. Model: 3000SR (3rd unit used for parts only).

Projector shelf available, which can be installed on centre balcony face. Approximately 55' (16.8m) throw distance to
typical screen hanging position. Capable of supporting two Barco HDXWFlex 20K video projectors. Assembly time:
Approx 1 hour.
 Front projection screen available 271/2' w X 22' h (8.38m x 6.71m).Assembly time: 1 hour.
Note: The typical screen hanging position is from the Mid-Stage motors, using the House Ladder Truss.

Audio:
Auditorium public address includes
 A sound reinforcement left/centre/right system comprised of 9 Meyer MSL-2A loudspeakers, 4 Meyer UPA1C
loudspeakers, 24 Meyer UPM-2 loudspeakers and 4 Meyer 650-R2 subwoofers. Patching facilities exist to allow
control of system through touring mixer.
 A sound enhancement system feeding "ambiance" of the hall to the 39 under-balcony speakers.
 Sennheiser Infrared Stereo Hearing Assist System, with 30 receivers available.
