Hotel Registration Desk
When you check into the hotel, you will be given a packet with
your programs and nametags. One packet will be prepared for
each park, please ask for it by park number when you check in.
Awards & Gifts
Excellence, Pinnacle Club, Customer Service, and Recreation
plaques and Symposium gifts can be picked up Sunday 1 - 5 pm
or Monday from 9 am – 5 pm at Embassy Suites in City View I.
Major award winners will be announced at the Awards Presentation on Thursday.
Yogi Bear™ Merchandise Purchasing LSI Sourced
The 2016 Yogi Bear Merchandise line is set up for viewing and
purchasing at Embassy Suites in City View I & II on Sunday and
Monday. It will not be located at the Convention Center this year.
Sheila Isaac, VP of Corporate Retail for LSI, will present an overview of the line on Monday at 10:30 am.
Merchandise Auction Registration
In order to participate in the Yogi Bear Merchandise Auction,
parks in good standing need to register at the LSI booth with
Myra Jimison. You can register during Merchandise Purchasing
and the Trade Show. Once the auction begins on Wednesday at
5:00 pm, no more registrations will be taken.
Each park is assigned a paddle with the park number on it for
bidding. Your paddle color is determined by 2015 revenue. A
small number of auction lots are only available to certain color
paddles, and will be noted on the auction sheet.
We can only ship and invoice one park per auction lot. If you
want to split lots with other parks, then LSI ships to one park
and that park will have to distribute and bill the other parks. All
items ship in 2015.
Parks must pay for their auction order the night of the auction via credit card (Visa or MC) and will receive free freight.
Merchandise Raffle: Each park that registers for the auction will
be entered in a drawing for three prizes to be raffled during the
auction. The prizes will be additional discounts off your 2016 Merchandise order: Grand Prize $100, second prize $75, third prize
$50. A park representative must be present to win any prizes.
Kid’s Camp
Kid’s Camp will be held in the Embassy Suites Captain’s View
Room this year. Kid’s Camp will be open Tuesday from 8:30 am
to 6:30 pm. Wednesday hours will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Thursday hours will be 8:30 am - 8:30 pm.

Education Fundraiser
YAC and the CARE committee members will be assisting with
the Chinese Auction on Wednesday night. For those unfamiliar
with the activity, a Chinese Auction is an event which offers
30-40 terrific prizes for raffle. Participants purchase tickets to
win great prizes! Proceeds from the Auction will be used to
fund educational programs which benefit all franchisees and
also aid LSI in the funding of quality speakers and improved
educational seminars for future Symposiums, Spring Meetings
