Saturday, Sept. 3:
Autumn Fest at Lake Stephens– 11am–5pm
- booths, games, vendors, music, plus water fun at the new splash pad
($5) and aqua park ($10).
Sunday, Sept. 4:
$1 off discount on a game of golf with passport
or mention of the festival at Mountain State Mini-Golf on Harper Road
Monday, Sept. 5:
Treasure Hunt / Bike Safety on the McManus
Trail – Pick up a treasure map at McDonalds on Prince Street (11am–1
pm) – Follow The Treasure Map to win a prize from McDonalds. Boy
Scouts will perform bike safety inspections, & accept donations of
bikes for Mac’s Toy Fund.
Tuesday - Saturday, Sept. 6 - 10:
One free game of bowling &
shoe rental per child when accompanied by a paying adult at Leisure

• Festival Booth (Main Street) - stroll along Main & Fayette Streets
to check out various booths, games, food vendors, and more …
• Raffle for various items at Federal Plaza on Heber Street to benefit
Ronald McDonald House
• Beckley Fire Dept.’s Junior Firefighters Challenge (To pre-register,
call 304-256-1780 M-F 8 am–4 pm)
• United Bank Games Arcade (game card = $6 or ½ game card = $3;
ticket booth closes at 2 pm) - Prize Wheel, Dunk Booth, Money
Machine, Bounce House & more games
• Parade at 11 am - Children’s characters, queens, bands, teams …

Pet Fun at the Youth Museum: Hamster Races
(free) 1 pm, plus a Pet Pageant ($5 pet registration) 2:15 pm – pets

Local 9-11 activities: The Pledge Movie at Word Park gazebo around
7:15 pm, free; Emergency Vehicle Parade of Lights thru town, around

Turn-in your passport registration at the Uptown Kids Fair booth
on Sept. 10th or at the hamster races on Sept. 11th.
GRAND PRIZE DRAWING will be held on September 11th at 2:00 p.m.
