ANNIVERSARY!!!
Since we were unable to visit the nursing homes in the Spring we
Sept. 6 Ron & Starla Plunkett
will choose a new date when the weather is not too hot for the residents to
be outside.
The Gene Low memorial tour was discussed and Perry mentioned
the Rancho del Rio would be a good place for lunch in the Fall when the
weather is cooler. Carolyn requests that anyone who has photos of Gene and Lois pass them on to her.
No definite decision was made on the Christmas party – however it was mentioned that Merle’s Steak
House in Alma might be a good place to eat.
Jerry Boyd reported that on October 17th there will be a fly-in at Byrd’s Restaurant. One of the
purposes of this event will be to exhibit small experimental aircraft. Jerry will organize this tour if there is
enough interest.
ELECTIONS ARE ONLY FOUR MONTHS AWAY – BEGIN CONSIDERING THESE DECISIONS!!!
