Blundstone offers a range of unisex styles. As a general guide, we suggest deducting three sizes
from your usual women’s sizing. For example if you normally wear a women’s size 7 a Blundstone
unisex style 4 should fit. It is however, recommended that you try on footwear before purchase.

Blundstone brown thoroughbred dress boots.
They are first class as expected.
I received my first pair back in 1989 from my
company when I was employed as their corporate
pilot. These boots served as my flying boots
for over 14 years. Not only that, they were the
only pair of shoes I wore. I wore them as work
boots, dress boots, in the garden and wherever.
I polished them daily and the only reason I
purchased a new pair is because at long last after
22 years the right boot developed a split along
the seam where it meets the sole and which the
bootmaker said would be difficult to stitch. Apart
from that they are near as good as new!
They have been fantastic to wear all these years
and if this new pair are as good as the last ones,
being almost identical except for the sole, then
they will surely see me out as I’m now retired. You
make a product that in today’s throw away world
is real value for money, a rarity these days.”

All of Blundstone’s boots are engineered to provide the wearer with a comfortable experience, leaving you physically
prepared to best face the job ahead. Our different boots feature different comfort systems.
SPS MAX – THE BLUNDSTONE SHOCK PROTECTION AND COMFORT SYSTEM
SPS MAX has been designed and engineered to provide the ultimate protection and support for your feet emanating
from the sole of your footwear. Blundstone’s sole construction is designed to reduce workplace fatigue and orthopaedic
problems in the lower back, legs and feet. SPS MAX includes a large insert of PORON® XRD™, the world’s most
advanced microcellular shock absorbing material underfoot.
PORON® XRD™ absorbs up to 90% of the energy from the impact of a step, surpassing performance of competitive
impact absorbing materials. PORON® XRD™ is also infused with Microban antimicrobial protection which protects
the material from the growth of bacteria, mould or mildew which can cause stains, odours and product deterioration.
SPS MAX with PORON® XRD™ provides a new level of underfoot comfort for the wearer.
Blundstone’s premium XFOOT ™ range, and selected styles in the XFOOT ™ rubber range, incorporate the PORON® XRD™
into both the heel and forepart of the sole construction.
BLUNDSTONE’S COMFORT FOOTBED
All Blundstone footwear incorporates a comfort footbed to cushion and nurture the foot. Our footbeds are all breathable
and washable, and can be replaced as required*. There are different degrees of padding incorporated into our different
footbeds. Our ultimate comfort arch footbed is made from soft polyurethane, covered with a full length cushion of foam
polyurethane, topped by a long wearing mesh cover. This footbed also includes a large pad of PORON® XRD™ under the
ball of the foot with an airflow and moisture wicking system.

A HISTORY OF COMFORT INNOVATION
Blundstone is the pioneer in enhancing comfort in work and safety boots. We first developed the patented Shock
Protection System (SPS) in our dual density soles across Polyurethane, Nitrile Rubber and Thermo Urethane
Polyurethane soles. SPS directly reduces workplace fatigue and orthopaedic problems in the lower back, legs and feet.
Since then we have further engineered and improved the performance of our soles with the addition of PORON® XRD™
in our SPS MAX. Blundstone is the first footwear company in Australasia to use the revolutionary PORON® XRD™
material in our underfoot comfort system, providing the wearer with a new level of underfoot protection and comfort.

products which have been found to be beneficial to foot health. The seal is awarded to a product

have been awarded the APMA Seal of Acceptance. Other styles are currently being

Blundstone’s unique fit is designed to deliver the optimum comfort for the wearer.
That’s why we provide a 30 day comfort guarantee on all our footwear. Try a pair of correctly
fitted Blundstone footwear for up to 30 days from the date of purchase from one of our approved
resellers and if the footwear is not comfortable you may return it.
To make a claim under this guarantee, you must return the footwear (at your own cost) to the place
of purchase, along with your original purchase receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Provided the footwear is not damaged, and you otherwise comply with the terms prescribed by this guarantee, you may
choose between a full refund or a footwear exchange up to the original purchase price of the footwear as set out on the

Extended Manufacturer’s Warranty
We take great care in the manufacture of our products. If you believe the footwear you have
purchased from one of our approved resellers contains a manufacturing fault, and wish to make
a claim under this warranty, you must return the footwear (at your own cost) to the place of
purchase for assessment together with your original purchase receipt within 2 years from the
date of purchase. If, following such assessment, we determine that the footwear contains a
manufacturing fault that renders the product unsuitable for the purpose for which it was originally
purchased, we will replace the footwear or repair it at our expense.
This warranty is void if you use or have used the footwear in a way which causes or has caused damage to them
beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, without limitation, exposing the product to caustic materials that may

Under the approved safety standard (ASTM F 2413-05), for a boot or shoe to have electrical shock hazard resistance

of electrical tradespeople as this footwear is designed to help protect against accidental electrical shock hazard contact.
