Harvest in the morning with our team and catalan
picnic in the heart of the vines, in front of the
mediteranean sea. -Initiation of the main vinification
practices in our cellar. Tasting of the first juices and
then, of all our range of Collioure and Banyuls.
A small bottle of wine as a present for each guest.
Timing : 4h – Only in September only (according to
the havest)

De la vigne à la bouteille

Matinée de vendanges avec casse-croûte catalan au coeur du
vignoble. Suivi de la récolte en cave et initiation aux différentes
techniques de vinification. Dégustation des premiers jus et de la
gamme Paulilles.
A l’issue de la récolte et du process de vinification et élevage, 3
bouteilles personnalisées au nom de chaque participant seront
offertes et expédiées à chacun.
Durée: 4h –Septembre uniquement (selon dates de vendanges du
domaine)
A noter : Si le raisin n’est pas arrivé à maturité, une balade dans les
vignes sera proposée aux passagers.

The Museum of Modern Art in Collioure is also known
as "Pams Museum". It was created in 1930 by the
artist Jean Peské. The works of art displayed here are
largely from private donations, and since 1990 from
