The party seems to get bigger and better every year, and this year is no exception! Kick off the holiday season by sampling the wide array of delicious non alcohol cocktails and enjoying the festive displays put together by our creative mixers. We hope you pick up some ideas for your own holiday get-togethers and always keep safety in mind whether you’re a party host or party guest. Silent Auction Procedures • The Silent Auction will open for bidding at 5:30 pm. • A bid is made by placing your name, telephone number, and bid amount on the bid sheet located by the item. • The organizers reserve the right to withdraw any item not bid at the minimum level. • Every subsequent bid must be equal to or exceed the minimum increment amount stated on the bid sheet to be valid.
