All items sold “as is.” • Winning bidders must make payment for all items secured prior to leaving the Gala tonight and may pay by check, cash, or credit card. • Successful bidders are responsible for arranging for specific dates, as needed, for all dinner, event, trips, tours, and special outings with the donor no later than February 28, 2016. Obligations by donors to fulfill donaged items are cancelled after this date. • Successful bidders are responsible for taking tangible live and silent auction purchases home at the end of this evening. Items can be picked up at auction tents with proof of purchase.
