Public Auction for disposal of Official Vehicles.
I have been directed to inform that the disposal of Official Vehicles (1)
Maruti Esteem Model-2005 (without registration no.) and Hero Honda
Motorcycle Model-2005 (without registration no.) is proposed on 09/02/2016 at
3 p.M. in Conference Hall, Central Office, DSLSA, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi
on "as is where is basis"
said vehicles lying in the Patiala House Courts Complex will be
available for inspection between 10 A.M. lo 12 Noon on all working days from
2g/01./Z}rcirc OglO2/2015, For this purpose, Sh. Ramesh Chand Dogra, Assistant
may be contacted over Tel. No. 23071624.The interested parties may participate
for bid/auction on the date, time and venue mentioned above.

THE AUCTION WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1)
:
The minimum reserve price for Maurti Esteem is Rs. 35000/- (Rs. Thirty five
thousand only) and for Hero Honda Motorcycle is Rs. 1500/- (fifteen hundred
onlY).

Only contractor/Kabaries who deposit the caution money of Rs' 35OO/- for Maruti
Esteem and Rs. 150/- for Motorcycle in the form of Bank draft of any
Nationalized Bank in favour of "DDO, Delhi State Legal Services Authority', shall
participate in auction/bid. The caution money of all the
unsuccessful bidders will be refunded on the same day of the auction/bid.

The caution money shall be accepted on O9102/201"6 between 10 A.M. to 2:30
P.M. only.
(4)
The successful bidder shall deposit the amount of bid ((balance amount after
adjustment of caution money deposited) in the form of Bank draft of any
Nationalized Bank in favour of "DDO, Delhi State Legal Services Authority' on
the same day of auction/bid or latest by next working day upto 3 P.M.
(5)
The successful bidder shall remove the auctioned vehicles from Patiala House
Court Complex on the same day or latest by next working day upto 5 P.M of
auction/bid failing which the caution money shall be forfeited. On failure to
remove the vehicle within the aforesaid time span, ground rent @ l% of the bid
amount shall be charged for each day or part of the day till removal of the vehicle
from the aforesaid place. lf the ground rent so charged, exceeds the sale price
deposit, then the bidder shall cease to have any right on the vehicle and the
amount deposited by him shall be adjusted towards ground rent'

Tools implements of spare parts shall not be delivered with vehicle'
(7)
VAT as admissible shall be paid on the bidding cost by the successful bidder.
(B)
Only one person shall be allowed to accompany the kabari/Contractor'
(9)
Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any of the bid without
assigning anY reasons.
