GOALS
& OBJECTIVES
• General: Facilitate integration of the long-term unemployed
beneficiaries of social services without vocational education
into the labor market
• Specific:
A. Motivate and empower unemployed beneficiaries of social
services for lifelong learning and employment
B. Develop and improve the competitive professional
qualities might the user
C. Develop a model of cooperation between stakeholders in
education and social integration in the local community

TARGET GROUP
• 40 beneficiaries of social services without
occupation (incomplete high school) or with
occupation that is not competitive in the labor
market
• 18 users participated in the training
• 1 retraining
• 1 complement training

ACHIEVEMENTS
53 users participated in the workshops, individual assessments and
consultation in order to provide evaluation and career guidance

LOCAL LABOUR
MARKET RESEARCH
• We conducted interviews with 40 employers in Sisak Moslavina
• Objective: To determine the educational profiles that are
competitive in the local labor market
• Results :
At the level of higher education :
• mechanical engineers
• Electrical engineers
• chemists
• economists with knowledge of Business Analysis and
Controlling

LOCAL LABOUR
MARKET RESEARCH
At the level of secondary vocational education:
• Electrical occupations
• engineering occupations with skills and knowledge in the field
of IT and automated processes management and basic general
knowledge and skills
• interest in the field of agriculture and food production ,
especially organic production, integrated farming and production
of traditional products
• occupations – chimney-sweeper, welder, locksmith and
machinist
• interest in the field of care for others

•OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE 1 : Create conditions for primary education of
persons who have not completed primary school and practically illiterace
•OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE 2 : Promote vocational training for marginalized
people and people at risk of marginalization because of the poor
qualifications
•OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE 3 : Promote employability of socially excluded
persons and persons at risk of social exclusion
•OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE 4 : Create local partnerships in order to achieve the
objectives of the action plan
•OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE 5 : Improve information flow to the local
stakeholders and beneficiaries about the opportunities of education,
employment and social inclusion
