1.2 - Title of the event
« Autonomic Paris 2010, Salon du Handicap et de
l’Autonomie »
1.3 - Promoters
Autonomic promoter is Ades Organisation.
1.4 - Organizer
The company, which has been given a mandate
by the Promoter to organize Autonomic Paris 2010
trade fair is the private company “Autonomie
Développement Services (ADES)” hereinafter called
“the Organizer”.
1.5 - Place, Date and Display times
Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles - Hall 4
Assembling : 6-8 June 2010
Opening : June 9th 2010 from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm,
June 10th 2010 from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm, June 11th
2010 from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
ARTICLE 2 - REGISTRATION – ADMISSION
– GUARANTEE
2.1 - With the exclusion of any other, the participation request to the trade fair is to be done through
the official registration agreement made by the
organizer and sent to the Exhibitor.
The application for admission entirely completed
and duly signed along with the planned payment is
to be sent back to Ades Organisation.
Each application for admission is considered by the
organizer, who is the only one competent to give a
ruling and confirm the registration by an admission
notice. There is no statutory law to admission.
The display contract concluded between the organizer and the Exhibitor will come into effect with
the admission notice.
The application for admission given on approval
will not be taken into consideration. Requests as
regards location, which will be as far as possible
taken into account, won’t be acknowledged as
conditions precedent to membership.
No exclusive right as regards equipment, product
or service displayed on the Trade fair shall be
granted to Exhibitors.
Exhibitors, who haven’t fulfilled their financial
liabilities towards the organizer or who haven’t
observed the condition precedent to membership,
technical directives or the trade fair regulation,
could see their participation to the exhibition
cancelled.
2.2 - The Exhibitor must inform the organizer of
any information or event occurred or revealed
since his registration, which might justify another
review of his registration.
The organizer has the right to ask at any time
any additional information regarding the above
mentioned and if need be to overturn an admission
approval given on false, incorrect information or
which became inaccurate.
The down payment paid remains acquired by the
organizer, who has the right to carry on the total
amount of the payment.
2.3 - The right resulting from registration is
personal and non-transferable. The registration
agreement does not give any admission right for
any later event.

ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 - Preamble
Autonomic Paris trade fair is opened to french
and foreign organizations presenting technologies,
equipments or services promoting autonomy of
disabled or elderly people and whose production
range complies with the classification of items for
the trade fair.
The present regulation applies to all the Exhibitors,
their principals and their service providers.
By signing the registration agreement, Exhibitors
agree to every prescriptions.
The organizer on his own chooses the place, length,
opening and closing times of the event, the stand,
entrance rates, and also the closing date for registration. He determines on his own the class of
persons or companies admitted to exhibit and/or
visit the trade fair as well as the service or product
list displayed.
The organizer reserves the right – without participants being entitled to claim for compensation - to
decide at any time the shift, extension, postponement or anticipated closing of the exhibition
partially or completely without challenging the
registration agreement validity.


2.4 - Except exemption given by the organizer on
express request from them, groups can’t exhibit on
collective stand only if each company belonging to
the group has been individually accepted and has
committed to pay registration and insurance fees.
2.5 - By signing this application for admission
Exhibitors and advertisers from Autonomic Paris
2010 trade fair commit to abide by the current
regulation. In addition they commit to read and
fully abide by :
- the clauses of the “Règlement Général des Salons
de la Fédération Française des Salons Spécialisés2”
- prescriptions published by the “Parc des
Expositions“ notably as regards safety.
ARTICLE 3 - REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
FEES
3.1 - The registration agreement shall contain –at
the risk of immediate denial- the down payment.
The nonpayment of one instalment to any due date
prevails forfeiture of right to display. The down
payment paid remains irrevocably acquired by the
organizer, who can use the stand to his liking.
However the organizer has the right to ask for the
due payment – in spite of the nonparticipation - for
any reason of the registered Exhibitor.
In case an Exhibitor – for any reason - would not
have taken up its stand on June 8th 2010 at 6 pm
he is considered as person resigning. Without
prejudice to any other measure undertaken and
at the Exhibitor’s own risk the organizer can use
the defaulted Exhibitor’s space without this former
shall claim any refund nor compensation even if
the stand is allocated to another Exhibitor.
3.2 - Stand rental rates
Tax free stand rental rates at Autonomic Paris 2010
are :
Registration fee 352 €
Bare stand area 269 €
FITTED STANDS :
Basic stand 48.25 € /sqm
Standard pack 112.75 €/sqm
Etoile pack stand 162.75 €/sqm
Azur pack stand 149.75 €/sqm
Corner 216 €
A minimum stand area is 9 sqms except stands for
associations, culture, leisure, holidays and international pavillons.
Equipped stands are compulsory for stands inferior
to 36 sqms.
Each sqm encroached upon will be taken into
account in full. The stand rate doesn’t include the
supply of partitioning walls between stands. The
Exhibitor is responsible for delimiting his stand. He
shall fit his stand with a clean partition wall similar
to the adjoining stands.
However bare stand rate doesn’t include floor covering nor connections (water, electricity, phone,
compressed air, …).
Rates for services are tax free and will be increased
according to the current VAT at the time of the
event.
Foreign Exhibitors who would like to get back the
VAT shall contact :

3.3 - Terms of payment
Payment of services can be done by check or by
bank transfer at the due dates stated below.
Claims about invoices must be done in writing
as soon as you receive them. No claim shall be
accepted later.
Receipt by the organizer of the application for
admission firmly commit the latter.
3.4 - Schedule of payments
All invoices related to services issued by the organizer are due and payable according to the planned
schedule:
- Admission fees : 20 % of the total amount inclusive of tax of orders along with the application for
admission,
- 40 % of the total amount inclusive of tax on
February 15th 2010
- 40 % of the total amount inclusive of tax on April
15th 2010
Payments mentioning the invoice number or the
title of the event Autonomic Paris 2010 are to be
made on behalf of “Société Ades Organisation” on
the following bank account :

3.5 - The exchange of unoccupied areas by the
organizer to harmonize the event doesn’t release
the Exhibitor of his financial liabilities.
In case a co-Exhibitor doesn’t take part to the
event all registration fees of the co-Exhibitor shall
be due by the permanent Exhibitor.
If a tax adjustment is carried out or a compulsory
liquidation has been asked for by the Exhibitor, the
organizer will be entitled to cancel the contract
without notice. The Exhibitor shall without notice
notify the organizer about the tax adjustment or
the compulsory liquidation.
3.6 - Terms of cancellation by the Exhibitor
Any cancellation request must be sent to the
organizer’s offices - ADES company - by registered
letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Requests
sent less than 60 days before the event will not be
reimbursed.
ARTICLE 4 - EXHIBIT SPACE ALLOCATION
The organizer draws up the plan of the event and
divides exhibit spaces.
The organizer has the right to modify - anytime he
considers it useful - for the event’s interest : the
floor area, the layout and the exhibit spaces area.
If for some obliged constraints the organizer has
the right – stating reasons - to allocate the Exhibitor
contrary to stipulation in the admission notice a
stand to another exhibit space or to slightly modify
its dimensions. He has the right to change entrances of the Exhibition Centre or entrance halls as
well as alleys.
In case the area allocated would not be available
for any reason not attributable to the organizer,
the Exhibitor has the right to ask for the reimbursement of the stand rental rate with the exception
of any damages request.
ARTICLE 5 - OCCUPANCY AND USE OF THE
STANDS
5.1 - The Exhibitor is not allowed – without the
written consent of the organizer - to let a third
party have a stand allocated free of charge or for
money. Similarly the Exhibitor cannot – in any kind
- display products or services or advertise for companies, which are not mentioned in the admission
notice except written consent and prior notice
from the organizer.
Except prior written consent from the organizer,
the Exhibitor cannot display on his exhibit space
other equipments, products or services than those
listed in the registration agreement and conform
to the products or services list established by the
organizer for the event.
5.2 - Co-Exhibitors
The written consent for welcoming a co-Exhibitor
shall be sent to the organizer by the Exhibitor
holding the admission notice. After approval by
the organizer of the co-Exhibitor, the permanent
Exhibitor should pay to the organizer registration
fees of the co-Exhibitor for an amount of 420.00 €
Tax free increased by the current VAT at the time
of the event.
The co-Exhibitor is subject to the same conditions
than the main Exhibitor.
The permanent Exhibitor mentioned in the admission notice will always be the debtor responsible of
the co-Exhibitor display rights.
The number of co-Exhibitor is limited to one per
9 sqms of stand area.
Co-Exhibitors are presented and classified in the
official catalogue of the fair.
5.3 - Technical services
Connections and water, electricity, gas and compressed air consumptions on individual stand are to
be ordered and paid directly to Paris Expo.
The organizer is authorized but not bound to check
the installations. The organizer may not be held
liable for damages caused by disruptions in fluid
supply.
The cleaning of each stand – at the Exhibitor’s
responsibility - must be done every day and be
completed for the opening of the event.
The stand must always be occupied as well during
opening hours to Exhibitors (including installation,
delivery and dismantling) and during the official
opening hours to visitors. The failure to respect this
clause could lead to an exclusion by the organizer.
No exhibit space shall be dismantled before the
official closing time of the fair.
ARTICLE 6 – CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION WITH
THE PUBLIC
6.1 - Official catalogue Autonomic Paris 2010
An official catalogue is published.
The organizer has the exclusive right of writing,
publishing and distribution - against payment or
for free - of the catalogue of the fair. Necessary
information to edit the catalogue will be given by
Exhibitors (under their supervision) and –at the risk
of not being inserted- within the terms set by the
organizer.
The Exhibitors of Autonomic 2010 can buy advertising surfaces within the catalogue. Except buying of
an advertising surface at a predetermined exhibit
space, the organizer is the only one who can judge
and decide of the positioning of advertisements
inside the catalogue.
The organizer cannot be held responsible of omissions or mistakes, which might occur.
The catalogue is being sold to visitors of Autonomic
Paris 2010 for the duration of the trade fair and
after on request. The selling price of the catalogue
is determined by the organizer.
Prices include the supply of advertisements to the
right format by the advertiser. Any intervention necessary to adapt the advertisements to insert them
in the catalogue will be invoiced additionally.
6.2 - The organizer has the exclusive signing right
in the hall of the trade fair.
ARTICLE 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND
OTHER RIGHTS
7.1 - Before the event the Exhibitor must manage
the copyright of materials, products or services exhibited (patents, brands, models…) in accordance
with provisions and prescribed rules in force. The
organizer accepts no responsibility in case of dispute with another Exhibitor or visitor.
7.2 - If Exhibitors should use music inside the event
they must directly deal with the SACEM3, even for
simple show or display of sound materials. The
organizer should accept no responsibility.
7.3 - Goods displayed
Any material or product not listed on the admission notice could not be displayed. Goods not
allowed could be removed by the organizer at the
Exhibitor’s expense. Objects displayed cannot be

evacuated for the duration of the event.
Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles
7.4 - Sales regulation
Exhibitors are only entitled to take order of goods
specified on the admission notice. Taking an order
is not subject to any taxation. Articles exhibited
can only be delivered after the closing of the
event. Statutory limitations must be respected.
ARTICLE 8 - INSURANCES – LIABILITY
8.1 - On behalf of each Exhibitor the organizer has
taken out an insurance covering goods exhibited
against theft and damages for a guaranteed capital
of 4,600 € per stand with a deductible of 229 € per
damage and per Exhibitor.
Only Exhibitors registered by name to the Trade
fair and having paid their registration fees will
benefit from this insurance.
The terms of this guarantee (clauses, guarantees,
deductibles and exclusions) are available on request. Request must be made to the organizer.
Each Exhibitor can get an insurance beyond the
amount of 4,600 € per stand. The Exhibitor must
fill in the form provided in the technical file.
8.2- Any possible damage, theft and disaster must
be directly reported to the Police, the Insurance
company and to the organizer.
8.3 - The organizer is not bound to look after exhibited goods or facilities. The organizer disclaims
any liability in case of loss or damage.
Safety measures taken by the organizer do not
restrict in any way this term. The organizer could
not be liable for that.
The Exhibitor is fully and exclusively responsible
for damages to equipments or to people caused by
himself, by people under his responsibility or for
any object or animal belonging to him or under his
care or for any element on his stand, decoration,
hanging or any other element on his stand including assembling, dismantling. Compliance with
the regulation are done under the full and entire
responsibility of the Exhibitor.
8.4 - Public liability insurance
The organizer has taken out on his behalf an
Organizer Public Liability Insurance. He has taken
on behalf of each Exhibitor an Exhibitor Public
Liability Insurance. These insurances include a
mutual waiver of recourse against the Exhibition
Centre and his insurance company.
The insurance does not cover any risk within
cafés and restaurants of the trade fair nor those
of special events not carried out by the organizer
himself.
ARTICLE 9 - VARIOUS CLAUSES
9.1 - Saving clauses – Calendar modifications
In case of unexpected events for which the organizer is not liable the organizer can :
1) Cancel the Trade fair, in which case the sums
already paid by participants remain acquired by
the organizer.
2) Decrease or increase the length of the Trade
fair, in which case Exhibitors shouldn’t avail themselves to a modification of the contract concluded
allowing them to be entitled to a reduction on their
participation fees.
3) Do not make any refund if the Trade fair - once
opened - should be interrupted for reasons beyond
his control.
9.2 - Owner’s right
The organizer fulfils the owner’s right within the
exhibition Hall during assembling, dismantling and
throughout the event.
9.3 - Negative prescription
Any claim from the Exhibitor to the organizer is
adeemed within 6 months. The statute of limitations starts to run as from the end of the month in
which falls the closing day of the Trade fair.
9.4 - Contract documents
Only documents written in French and notably the
hereby regulation shall be deemed authentic.
Translations in foreign languages have only an
indicative value.
9.5 - Place of performance and courts having
jurisdictions
For any mutual obligation the place of performance and the court having jurisdiction are
those of Paris or - if the organizer wants it so
- the Exhibitor’s head office. The law applied is
the French Law.

Autonomic promoter is Ades Organisation.
1.4 - Organizer
The company, which has been given a mandate
by the Promoter to organize Autonomic Paris 2010
trade fair is the private company “Autonomie
Développement Services (ADES)” hereinafter called
“the Organizer”.
1.5 - Place, Date and Display times
Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles - Hall 4
Assembling : 6-8 June 2010
Opening : June 9th 2010 from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm,
June 10th 2010 from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm, June 11th
2010 from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
ARTICLE 2 - REGISTRATION – ADMISSION
– GUARANTEE
2.1 - With the exclusion of any other, the participation request to the trade fair is to be done through
the official registration agreement made by the
organizer and sent to the Exhibitor.
The application for admission entirely completed
and duly signed along with the planned payment is
to be sent back to Ades Organisation.
Each application for admission is considered by the
organizer, who is the only one competent to give a
ruling and confirm the registration by an admission
notice. There is no statutory law to admission.
The display contract concluded between the organizer and the Exhibitor will come into effect with
the admission notice.
The application for admission given on approval
will not be taken into consideration. Requests as
regards location, which will be as far as possible
taken into account, won’t be acknowledged as
conditions precedent to membership.
No exclusive right as regards equipment, product
or service displayed on the Trade fair shall be
granted to Exhibitors.
Exhibitors, who haven’t fulfilled their financial
liabilities towards the organizer or who haven’t
observed the condition precedent to membership,
technical directives or the trade fair regulation,
could see their participation to the exhibition
cancelled.
2.2 - The Exhibitor must inform the organizer of
any information or event occurred or revealed
since his registration, which might justify another
review of his registration.
The organizer has the right to ask at any time
any additional information regarding the above
mentioned and if need be to overturn an admission
approval given on false, incorrect information or
which became inaccurate.
The down payment paid remains acquired by the
organizer, who has the right to carry on the total
amount of the payment.
2.3 - The right resulting from registration is
personal and non-transferable. The registration
agreement does not give any admission right for
any later event.

ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 - Preamble
Autonomic Paris trade fair is opened to french
and foreign organizations presenting technologies,
equipments or services promoting autonomy of
disabled or elderly people and whose production
range complies with the classification of items for
the trade fair.
The present regulation applies to all the Exhibitors,
their principals and their service providers.
By signing the registration agreement, Exhibitors
agree to every prescriptions.
The organizer on his own chooses the place, length,
opening and closing times of the event, the stand,
entrance rates, and also the closing date for registration. He determines on his own the class of
persons or companies admitted to exhibit and/or
visit the trade fair as well as the service or product
list displayed.
The organizer reserves the right – without participants being entitled to claim for compensation - to
decide at any time the shift, extension, postponement or anticipated closing of the exhibition
partially or completely without challenging the
registration agreement validity.


2.4 - Except exemption given by the organizer on
express request from them, groups can’t exhibit on
collective stand only if each company belonging to
the group has been individually accepted and has
committed to pay registration and insurance fees.
2.5 - By signing this application for admission
Exhibitors and advertisers from Autonomic Paris
2010 trade fair commit to abide by the current
regulation. In addition they commit to read and
fully abide by :
- the clauses of the “Règlement Général des Salons
de la Fédération Française des Salons Spécialisés2”
- prescriptions published by the “Parc des
Expositions“ notably as regards safety.
ARTICLE 3 - REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
FEES
3.1 - The registration agreement shall contain –at
the risk of immediate denial- the down payment.
The nonpayment of one instalment to any due date
prevails forfeiture of right to display. The down
payment paid remains irrevocably acquired by the
organizer, who can use the stand to his liking.
However the organizer has the right to ask for the
due payment – in spite of the nonparticipation - for
any reason of the registered Exhibitor.
In case an Exhibitor – for any reason - would not
have taken up its stand on June 8th 2010 at 6 pm
he is considered as person resigning. Without
prejudice to any other measure undertaken and
at the Exhibitor’s own risk the organizer can use
the defaulted Exhibitor’s space without this former
shall claim any refund nor compensation even if
the stand is allocated to another Exhibitor.
3.2 - Stand rental rates
Tax free stand rental rates at Autonomic Paris 2010
are :

Etoile pack stand 162.75 €/sqm

A minimum stand area is 9 sqms except stands for
associations, culture, leisure, holidays and international pavillons.
Equipped stands are compulsory for stands inferior
to 36 sqms.
Each sqm encroached upon will be taken into
account in full. The stand rate doesn’t include the
supply of partitioning walls between stands. The
Exhibitor is responsible for delimiting his stand. He
shall fit his stand with a clean partition wall similar
to the adjoining stands.
However bare stand rate doesn’t include floor covering nor connections (water, electricity, phone,
compressed air, …).
Rates for services are tax free and will be increased
according to the current VAT at the time of the
event.

3.3 - Terms of payment
Payment of services can be done by check or by
bank transfer at the due dates stated below.
Claims about invoices must be done in writing
as soon as you receive them. No claim shall be
accepted later.
Receipt by the organizer of the application for
admission firmly commit the latter.
3.4 - Schedule of payments
All invoices related to services issued by the organizer are due and payable according to the planned
schedule:
- Admission fees : 20 % of the total amount inclusive of tax of orders along with the application for
admission,
- 40 % of the total amount inclusive of tax on
February 15th 2010
- 40 % of the total amount inclusive of tax on April
15th 2010
Payments mentioning the invoice number or the
title of the event Autonomic Paris 2010 are to be
made on behalf of “Société Ades Organisation” on

3.5 - The exchange of unoccupied areas by the
organizer to harmonize the event doesn’t release
the Exhibitor of his financial liabilities.
In case a co-Exhibitor doesn’t take part to the
event all registration fees of the co-Exhibitor shall
be due by the permanent Exhibitor.
If a tax adjustment is carried out or a compulsory
liquidation has been asked for by the Exhibitor, the
organizer will be entitled to cancel the contract
without notice. The Exhibitor shall without notice
notify the organizer about the tax adjustment or
the compulsory liquidation.
3.6 - Terms of cancellation by the Exhibitor
Any cancellation request must be sent to the
organizer’s offices - ADES company - by registered
letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Requests
sent less than 60 days before the event will not be
reimbursed.
ARTICLE 4 - EXHIBIT SPACE ALLOCATION
The organizer draws up the plan of the event and
divides exhibit spaces.
The organizer has the right to modify - anytime he
considers it useful - for the event’s interest : the
floor area, the layout and the exhibit spaces area.
If for some obliged constraints the organizer has
the right – stating reasons - to allocate the Exhibitor
contrary to stipulation in the admission notice a
stand to another exhibit space or to slightly modify
its dimensions. He has the right to change entrances of the Exhibition Centre or entrance halls as
well as alleys.
In case the area allocated would not be available
for any reason not attributable to the organizer,
the Exhibitor has the right to ask for the reimbursement of the stand rental rate with the exception
of any damages request.
ARTICLE 5 - OCCUPANCY AND USE OF THE
STANDS
5.1 - The Exhibitor is not allowed – without the
written consent of the organizer - to let a third
party have a stand allocated free of charge or for
money. Similarly the Exhibitor cannot – in any kind
- display products or services or advertise for companies, which are not mentioned in the admission
notice except written consent and prior notice
from the organizer.
Except prior written consent from the organizer,
the Exhibitor cannot display on his exhibit space
other equipments, products or services than those
listed in the registration agreement and conform
to the products or services list established by the
organizer for the event.
5.2 - Co-Exhibitors
The written consent for welcoming a co-Exhibitor
shall be sent to the organizer by the Exhibitor
holding the admission notice. After approval by
the organizer of the co-Exhibitor, the permanent
Exhibitor should pay to the organizer registration
fees of the co-Exhibitor for an amount of 420.00 €
Tax free increased by the current VAT at the time
of the event.
The co-Exhibitor is subject to the same conditions
than the main Exhibitor.
The permanent Exhibitor mentioned in the admission notice will always be the debtor responsible of
the co-Exhibitor display rights.
The number of co-Exhibitor is limited to one per
9 sqms of stand area.
Co-Exhibitors are presented and classified in the
official catalogue of the fair.
5.3 - Technical services
Connections and water, electricity, gas and compressed air consumptions on individual stand are to
be ordered and paid directly to Paris Expo.
The organizer is authorized but not bound to check
the installations. The organizer may not be held
liable for damages caused by disruptions in fluid
supply.
The cleaning of each stand – at the Exhibitor’s
responsibility - must be done every day and be
completed for the opening of the event.
The stand must always be occupied as well during
opening hours to Exhibitors (including installation,
delivery and dismantling) and during the official
opening hours to visitors. The failure to respect this
clause could lead to an exclusion by the organizer.
No exhibit space shall be dismantled before the
official closing time of the fair.
ARTICLE 6 – CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION WITH
THE PUBLIC
6.1 - Official catalogue Autonomic Paris 2010
An official catalogue is published.
The organizer has the exclusive right of writing,
publishing and distribution - against payment or
for free - of the catalogue of the fair. Necessary
information to edit the catalogue will be given by
Exhibitors (under their supervision) and –at the risk
of not being inserted- within the terms set by the
organizer.
The Exhibitors of Autonomic 2010 can buy advertising surfaces within the catalogue. Except buying of
an advertising surface at a predetermined exhibit
space, the organizer is the only one who can judge
and decide of the positioning of advertisements
inside the catalogue.
The organizer cannot be held responsible of omissions or mistakes, which might occur.
The catalogue is being sold to visitors of Autonomic
Paris 2010 for the duration of the trade fair and
after on request. The selling price of the catalogue
is determined by the organizer.
Prices include the supply of advertisements to the
right format by the advertiser. Any intervention necessary to adapt the advertisements to insert them
in the catalogue will be invoiced additionally.
6.2 - The organizer has the exclusive signing right
in the hall of the trade fair.
ARTICLE 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND
OTHER RIGHTS
7.1 - Before the event the Exhibitor must manage
the copyright of materials, products or services exhibited (patents, brands, models…) in accordance
with provisions and prescribed rules in force. The
organizer accepts no responsibility in case of dispute with another Exhibitor or visitor.
7.2 - If Exhibitors should use music inside the event
they must directly deal with the SACEM3, even for
simple show or display of sound materials. The
organizer should accept no responsibility.
7.3 - Goods displayed
Any material or product not listed on the admission notice could not be displayed. Goods not
allowed could be removed by the organizer at the
Exhibitor’s expense. Objects displayed cannot be

evacuated for the duration of the event.
Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles
7.4 - Sales regulation
Exhibitors are only entitled to take order of goods
specified on the admission notice. Taking an order
is not subject to any taxation. Articles exhibited
can only be delivered after the closing of the
event. Statutory limitations must be respected.
ARTICLE 8 - INSURANCES – LIABILITY
8.1 - On behalf of each Exhibitor the organizer has
taken out an insurance covering goods exhibited
against theft and damages for a guaranteed capital
of 4,600 € per stand with a deductible of 229 € per
damage and per Exhibitor.
Only Exhibitors registered by name to the Trade
fair and having paid their registration fees will
benefit from this insurance.
The terms of this guarantee (clauses, guarantees,
deductibles and exclusions) are available on request. Request must be made to the organizer.
Each Exhibitor can get an insurance beyond the
amount of 4,600 € per stand. The Exhibitor must
fill in the form provided in the technical file.
8.2- Any possible damage, theft and disaster must
be directly reported to the Police, the Insurance
company and to the organizer.
8.3 - The organizer is not bound to look after exhibited goods or facilities. The organizer disclaims
any liability in case of loss or damage.
Safety measures taken by the organizer do not
restrict in any way this term. The organizer could
not be liable for that.
The Exhibitor is fully and exclusively responsible
for damages to equipments or to people caused by
himself, by people under his responsibility or for
any object or animal belonging to him or under his
care or for any element on his stand, decoration,
hanging or any other element on his stand including assembling, dismantling. Compliance with
the regulation are done under the full and entire
responsibility of the Exhibitor.
8.4 - Public liability insurance
The organizer has taken out on his behalf an
Organizer Public Liability Insurance. He has taken
on behalf of each Exhibitor an Exhibitor Public
Liability Insurance. These insurances include a
mutual waiver of recourse against the Exhibition
Centre and his insurance company.
The insurance does not cover any risk within
cafés and restaurants of the trade fair nor those
of special events not carried out by the organizer
himself.
ARTICLE 9 - VARIOUS CLAUSES
9.1 - Saving clauses – Calendar modifications
In case of unexpected events for which the organizer is not liable the organizer can :
1) Cancel the Trade fair, in which case the sums
already paid by participants remain acquired by
the organizer.
2) Decrease or increase the length of the Trade
fair, in which case Exhibitors shouldn’t avail themselves to a modification of the contract concluded
allowing them to be entitled to a reduction on their
participation fees.
3) Do not make any refund if the Trade fair - once
opened - should be interrupted for reasons beyond
his control.
9.2 - Owner’s right
The organizer fulfils the owner’s right within the
exhibition Hall during assembling, dismantling and
throughout the event.
9.3 - Negative prescription
Any claim from the Exhibitor to the organizer is
adeemed within 6 months. The statute of limitations starts to run as from the end of the month in
which falls the closing day of the Trade fair.
9.4 - Contract documents
Only documents written in French and notably the
hereby regulation shall be deemed authentic.
Translations in foreign languages have only an
indicative value.
9.5 - Place of performance and courts having
jurisdictions
For any mutual obligation the place of performance and the court having jurisdiction are
those of Paris or - if the organizer wants it so
- the Exhibitor’s head office. The law applied is
the French Law.

1.3 - Promoters
Autonomic promoter is Ades Organisation.
1.4 - Organizer
The company, which has been given a mandate
by the Promoter to organize Autonomic Paris 2010
trade fair is the private company “Autonomie
Développement Services (ADES)” hereinafter called
“the Organizer”.
1.5 - Place, Date and Display times

Assembling : 6-8 June 2010
Opening : June 9th 2010 from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm,
June 10th 2010 from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm, June 11th
2010 from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
ARTICLE 2 - REGISTRATION – ADMISSION
– GUARANTEE
2.1 - With the exclusion of any other, the participation request to the trade fair is to be done through
the official registration agreement made by the
organizer and sent to the Exhibitor.
The application for admission entirely completed
and duly signed along with the planned payment is
to be sent back to Ades Organisation.
Each application for admission is considered by the
organizer, who is the only one competent to give a
ruling and confirm the registration by an admission
notice. There is no statutory law to admission.
The display contract concluded between the organizer and the Exhibitor will come into effect with
the admission notice.
The application for admission given on approval
will not be taken into consideration. Requests as
regards location, which will be as far as possible
taken into account, won’t be acknowledged as
conditions precedent to membership.
No exclusive right as regards equipment, product
or service displayed on the Trade fair shall be
granted to Exhibitors.
Exhibitors, who haven’t fulfilled their financial
liabilities towards the organizer or who haven’t
observed the condition precedent to membership,
technical directives or the trade fair regulation,
could see their participation to the exhibition
cancelled.
2.2 - The Exhibitor must inform the organizer of
any information or event occurred or revealed
since his registration, which might justify another
review of his registration.
The organizer has the right to ask at any time
any additional information regarding the above
mentioned and if need be to overturn an admission
approval given on false, incorrect information or
which became inaccurate.
The down payment paid remains acquired by the
organizer, who has the right to carry on the total
amount of the payment.
2.3 - The right resulting from registration is
personal and non-transferable. The registration
agreement does not give any admission right for
any later event.

ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 - Preamble
Autonomic Paris trade fair is opened to french
and foreign organizations presenting technologies,
equipments or services promoting autonomy of
disabled or elderly people and whose production
range complies with the classification of items for
the trade fair.
The present regulation applies to all the Exhibitors,
their principals and their service providers.
By signing the registration agreement, Exhibitors
agree to every prescriptions.
The organizer on his own chooses the place, length,
opening and closing times of the event, the stand,
entrance rates, and also the closing date for registration. He determines on his own the class of
persons or companies admitted to exhibit and/or
visit the trade fair as well as the service or product
list displayed.
The organizer reserves the right – without participants being entitled to claim for compensation - to
decide at any time the shift, extension, postponement or anticipated closing of the exhibition
partially or completely without challenging the
registration agreement validity.


2.4 - Except exemption given by the organizer on
express request from them, groups can’t exhibit on
collective stand only if each company belonging to
the group has been individually accepted and has
committed to pay registration and insurance fees.
2.5 - By signing this application for admission
Exhibitors and advertisers from Autonomic Paris
2010 trade fair commit to abide by the current
regulation. In addition they commit to read and
fully abide by :
- the clauses of the “Règlement Général des Salons
de la Fédération Française des Salons Spécialisés2”
- prescriptions published by the “Parc des
Expositions“ notably as regards safety.
ARTICLE 3 - REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
FEES
3.1 - The registration agreement shall contain –at
the risk of immediate denial- the down payment.
The nonpayment of one instalment to any due date
prevails forfeiture of right to display. The down
payment paid remains irrevocably acquired by the
organizer, who can use the stand to his liking.
However the organizer has the right to ask for the
due payment – in spite of the nonparticipation - for
any reason of the registered Exhibitor.
In case an Exhibitor – for any reason - would not
have taken up its stand on June 8th 2010 at 6 pm
he is considered as person resigning. Without
prejudice to any other measure undertaken and
at the Exhibitor’s own risk the organizer can use
the defaulted Exhibitor’s space without this former
shall claim any refund nor compensation even if
the stand is allocated to another Exhibitor.

Each sqm encroached upon will be taken into
account in full. The stand rate doesn’t include the
supply of partitioning walls between stands. The
Exhibitor is responsible for delimiting his stand. He
shall fit his stand with a clean partition wall similar
to the adjoining stands.
However bare stand rate doesn’t include floor covering nor connections (water, electricity, phone,
compressed air, …).
Rates for services are tax free and will be increased
according to the current VAT at the time of the
event.
Foreign Exhibitors who would like to get back the
VAT shall contact :

3.3 - Terms of payment
Payment of services can be done by check or by
bank transfer at the due dates stated below.
Claims about invoices must be done in writing
as soon as you receive them. No claim shall be
accepted later.
Receipt by the organizer of the application for
admission firmly commit the latter.
3.4 - Schedule of payments
All invoices related to services issued by the organizer are due and payable according to the planned
schedule:
- Admission fees : 20 % of the total amount inclusive of tax of orders along with the application for
admission,
- 40 % of the total amount inclusive of tax on
February 15th 2010
- 40 % of the total amount inclusive of tax on April
15th 2010
Payments mentioning the invoice number or the
title of the event Autonomic Paris 2010 are to be
made on behalf of “Société Ades Organisation” on

3.5 - The exchange of unoccupied areas by the
organizer to harmonize the event doesn’t release
the Exhibitor of his financial liabilities.
In case a co-Exhibitor doesn’t take part to the
event all registration fees of the co-Exhibitor shall
be due by the permanent Exhibitor.
If a tax adjustment is carried out or a compulsory
liquidation has been asked for by the Exhibitor, the
organizer will be entitled to cancel the contract
without notice. The Exhibitor shall without notice
notify the organizer about the tax adjustment or
the compulsory liquidation.
3.6 - Terms of cancellation by the Exhibitor
Any cancellation request must be sent to the
organizer’s offices - ADES company - by registered
letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Requests
sent less than 60 days before the event will not be
reimbursed.
ARTICLE 4 - EXHIBIT SPACE ALLOCATION
The organizer draws up the plan of the event and
divides exhibit spaces.
The organizer has the right to modify - anytime he
considers it useful - for the event’s interest : the
floor area, the layout and the exhibit spaces area.
If for some obliged constraints the organizer has
the right – stating reasons - to allocate the Exhibitor
contrary to stipulation in the admission notice a
stand to another exhibit space or to slightly modify
its dimensions. He has the right to change entrances of the Exhibition Centre or entrance halls as
well as alleys.
In case the area allocated would not be available
for any reason not attributable to the organizer,
the Exhibitor has the right to ask for the reimbursement of the stand rental rate with the exception
of any damages request.
ARTICLE 5 - OCCUPANCY AND USE OF THE
STANDS
5.1 - The Exhibitor is not allowed – without the
written consent of the organizer - to let a third
party have a stand allocated free of charge or for
money. Similarly the Exhibitor cannot – in any kind
- display products or services or advertise for companies, which are not mentioned in the admission
notice except written consent and prior notice
from the organizer.
Except prior written consent from the organizer,
the Exhibitor cannot display on his exhibit space
other equipments, products or services than those
listed in the registration agreement and conform
to the products or services list established by the
organizer for the event.
5.2 - Co-Exhibitors
The written consent for welcoming a co-Exhibitor
shall be sent to the organizer by the Exhibitor
holding the admission notice. After approval by
the organizer of the co-Exhibitor, the permanent
Exhibitor should pay to the organizer registration
fees of the co-Exhibitor for an amount of 420.00 €
Tax free increased by the current VAT at the time
of the event.
The co-Exhibitor is subject to the same conditions
than the main Exhibitor.
The permanent Exhibitor mentioned in the admission notice will always be the debtor responsible of
the co-Exhibitor display rights.
The number of co-Exhibitor is limited to one per
9 sqms of stand area.
Co-Exhibitors are presented and classified in the
official catalogue of the fair.
5.3 - Technical services
Connections and water, electricity, gas and compressed air consumptions on individual stand are to
be ordered and paid directly to Paris Expo.
The organizer is authorized but not bound to check
the installations. The organizer may not be held
liable for damages caused by disruptions in fluid
supply.
The cleaning of each stand – at the Exhibitor’s
responsibility - must be done every day and be
completed for the opening of the event.
The stand must always be occupied as well during
opening hours to Exhibitors (including installation,
delivery and dismantling) and during the official
opening hours to visitors. The failure to respect this
clause could lead to an exclusion by the organizer.
No exhibit space shall be dismantled before the
official closing time of the fair.
ARTICLE 6 – CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION WITH
THE PUBLIC
6.1 - Official catalogue Autonomic Paris 2010
An official catalogue is published.
The organizer has the exclusive right of writing,
publishing and distribution - against payment or
for free - of the catalogue of the fair. Necessary
information to edit the catalogue will be given by
Exhibitors (under their supervision) and –at the risk
of not being inserted- within the terms set by the
organizer.
The Exhibitors of Autonomic 2010 can buy advertising surfaces within the catalogue. Except buying of
an advertising surface at a predetermined exhibit
space, the organizer is the only one who can judge
and decide of the positioning of advertisements
inside the catalogue.
The organizer cannot be held responsible of omissions or mistakes, which might occur.
The catalogue is being sold to visitors of Autonomic
Paris 2010 for the duration of the trade fair and
after on request. The selling price of the catalogue
is determined by the organizer.
Prices include the supply of advertisements to the
right format by the advertiser. Any intervention necessary to adapt the advertisements to insert them
in the catalogue will be invoiced additionally.
6.2 - The organizer has the exclusive signing right
in the hall of the trade fair.
ARTICLE 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND
OTHER RIGHTS
7.1 - Before the event the Exhibitor must manage
the copyright of materials, products or services exhibited (patents, brands, models…) in accordance
with provisions and prescribed rules in force. The
organizer accepts no responsibility in case of dispute with another Exhibitor or visitor.
7.2 - If Exhibitors should use music inside the event
they must directly deal with the SACEM3, even for
simple show or display of sound materials. The
organizer should accept no responsibility.
7.3 - Goods displayed
Any material or product not listed on the admission notice could not be displayed. Goods not
allowed could be removed by the organizer at the
Exhibitor’s expense. Objects displayed cannot be

evacuated for the duration of the event.
Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles
7.4 - Sales regulation
Exhibitors are only entitled to take order of goods
specified on the admission notice. Taking an order
is not subject to any taxation. Articles exhibited
can only be delivered after the closing of the
event. Statutory limitations must be respected.
ARTICLE 8 - INSURANCES – LIABILITY
8.1 - On behalf of each Exhibitor the organizer has
taken out an insurance covering goods exhibited
against theft and damages for a guaranteed capital
of 4,600 € per stand with a deductible of 229 € per
damage and per Exhibitor.
Only Exhibitors registered by name to the Trade
fair and having paid their registration fees will
benefit from this insurance.
The terms of this guarantee (clauses, guarantees,
deductibles and exclusions) are available on request. Request must be made to the organizer.
Each Exhibitor can get an insurance beyond the
amount of 4,600 € per stand. The Exhibitor must
fill in the form provided in the technical file.
8.2- Any possible damage, theft and disaster must
be directly reported to the Police, the Insurance
company and to the organizer.
8.3 - The organizer is not bound to look after exhibited goods or facilities. The organizer disclaims
any liability in case of loss or damage.
Safety measures taken by the organizer do not
restrict in any way this term. The organizer could
not be liable for that.
The Exhibitor is fully and exclusively responsible
for damages to equipments or to people caused by
himself, by people under his responsibility or for
any object or animal belonging to him or under his
care or for any element on his stand, decoration,
hanging or any other element on his stand including assembling, dismantling. Compliance with
the regulation are done under the full and entire
responsibility of the Exhibitor.
8.4 - Public liability insurance
The organizer has taken out on his behalf an
Organizer Public Liability Insurance. He has taken
on behalf of each Exhibitor an Exhibitor Public
Liability Insurance. These insurances include a
mutual waiver of recourse against the Exhibition
Centre and his insurance company.
The insurance does not cover any risk within
cafés and restaurants of the trade fair nor those
of special events not carried out by the organizer
himself.
ARTICLE 9 - VARIOUS CLAUSES
9.1 - Saving clauses – Calendar modifications
In case of unexpected events for which the organizer is not liable the organizer can :
1) Cancel the Trade fair, in which case the sums
already paid by participants remain acquired by
the organizer.
2) Decrease or increase the length of the Trade
fair, in which case Exhibitors shouldn’t avail themselves to a modification of the contract concluded
allowing them to be entitled to a reduction on their
participation fees.
3) Do not make any refund if the Trade fair - once
opened - should be interrupted for reasons beyond
his control.
9.2 - Owner’s right
The organizer fulfils the owner’s right within the
exhibition Hall during assembling, dismantling and
throughout the event.
9.3 - Negative prescription
Any claim from the Exhibitor to the organizer is
adeemed within 6 months. The statute of limitations starts to run as from the end of the month in
which falls the closing day of the Trade fair.
9.4 - Contract documents
Only documents written in French and notably the
hereby regulation shall be deemed authentic.
Translations in foreign languages have only an
indicative value.
9.5 - Place of performance and courts having
jurisdictions
For any mutual obligation the place of performance and the court having jurisdiction are
those of Paris or - if the organizer wants it so
- the Exhibitor’s head office. The law applied is
the French Law.
