TUITION: All payments should
be made to the Roxbury Community
School. Payment must be received
before the class meets. Cancellations
for all Community School classes
must be in writing (email or mailed
letter). No refunds will be given. Material fees are not refundable. Since
the Roxbury Township Community
School Program is self-sufficient, a
course must pay for itself. If there
are not enough registrants, the class
will be cancelled. The Director reserves the right to remove from class
those individuals who have not paid
tuition. If you are registering for
more than one class, please submit a
separate registration for each class.
There will be a $35.00 service charge
for returned checks.
Students must provide their own
medical insurance in case of an
accident. If a student has special
needs due to a disability, please note
it on the registration form and
contact the Department of Special
Services to confirm. Participation in
Community School activities is at
your own risk.
The Director reserves the right to
exclude any student from class.
Grades refer to the 2014-2015 school

LENTZ & LENTZ SAT PREP
The tuition includes course materials, extra help at no charge and live make
up sessions at neighboring high schools on different days of the week. Students also have access to our supplemental audio disc system that can be used
for review or as a supplement for missed lessons.
The course features tip sheets on grammar, shortcut math, algebra II, test-taking skills, reading interpretation, vocabulary building, sentence completion,
speed-reading improvement techniques, and the new essay.

Homework Club provides the opportunity for students to complete their
homework in a supervised school setting. This allows students access to
materials available in the Media Center. In addition, students have access to
additional instruction from a teacher if needed.

COURSE 1: 8 PSAT-SAT sessions; 3-hour courses.
Private Tutoring: For students needing 1-on-1 tutoring, the private tutoring
option focuses on a specific subject (Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies,
Spanish, etc.)

Roxbury’s Applied Music Program is one of the most celebrated afterschool
programs in the region. Blessed with award-winning music educators
offering world-class instruction, the program nurtures local talent,
empowering students to pursue careers in entertainment well after graduation.
Teachers are all specialists on their instrument or vocal specialty.
All of our teachers are college and professional musicians and have a
music degree. Private study is extremely valuable to the individual student
and highly encouraged. Private study by appointment is offered as enrichment, NOT remedial instruction.

A Different Kind of Learning. A Powerful Kind of Fun!
Young Rembrandts teaches drawing and/or cartooning with a see-touch-do
method that all kids can succeed with, learn from and love! Six weekly
sessions provide a new exciting drawing lesson which builds increased
attention to detail, confidence, improved fine motor skills, patience and

HEALTH AND FITNESS
CARDIO BOOT CAMP
This class is designed to strengthen
our muscles in the way in which they
are used in day-to-day life. The exercises will incorporate several muscle
groups and move through all 3 planes
of motion. The class is fast-paced
with the intent of keeping our heart
rates elevated to burn more calories
and increase cardio endurance.

ROXBURY PRESCHOOL
Our unique program, taught by NJ State Certified teachers, utilizes a
blended approach of the Creative Curriculum®, with additional supplements specifically designed for early childhood to deliver developmentally appropriate instruction to ages 3 to 5 years old.
