2. Cascadia Terrace perfect for outdoor receptions or cocktail hour
3. Cascadia Ballroom for beautiful indoor weddings and receptions
4. Getting-Ready Room features a large mirror and several makeup stations

The Loft is located upstairs in the main lodge, and overlooks the Cascadia Terrace and
Wedding Garden. With romantic lighting and a fire place, this venue is perfect for a
reception, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch or bridal shower. This venue option is not
included in the overall wedding venue rental, separate rental pricing applies.

Getting-Ready Room
The Cascadia Ballroom has a bridal party dressing room equipped with all the extras,
including full-length mirrors, a spacious vanity, scores of outlets, a sink, restroom,
microwave, refrigerator and ironing board.
This space is included in the overall wedding venue rental.
Movie Theater
A 50-person movie theater is available for rent, and makes a great addition to a bachelor/
bachelorette getaway weekend. The theater features a projection screen and seating, with
the ability to play Blu-ray movies and stream online content. This venue option is not included in the overall wedding venue rental, separate rental pricing applies.

Our Deluxe guestrooms accommodations feature our signature Moonstone mattresses and a fireplace.
We offer guestroom discounts for you and your guests. Pet-friendly and accessible rooms are available, and each overnight stay includes breakfast.
The Resort
Cozy atmosphere, beautiful views and delicious Northwest-style food awaits. The Resort is nestled in 14
acres of beautiful gardens, and the Fireside Lounge features live music each evening. The pool and hot tub
are open seasonally. Our “Seasons at the Green” restaurant is available for your rehearsal dinner.
Cottage Grove, Oregon
The City of Cottage Grove is the “Covered Bridge Capital of the West” and also features bike trails,
waterfalls and two recreational lakes for boating and fishing.

We offer a full menu of delicious edibles; whether you are having a cocktail hour and hors d`oeuvres
or an extravagant formal dinner with private label wine.
Special Additions
S’mores Bar
Add fire pits on the Cascadia Terrace and set up a s’mores bar
for guests! It’s a great way to warm up and provide a fun
activity for guests of all ages.
Popcorn Bar
Add a deluxe popcorn bar to your reception or movie theater
rental, with fun additions and toppings.
Catering Policies
Function Room Assignments
A $250 Reset Fee will be charged to flip a room or change a set
previously approved via email or signature.
Outside Food and Beverage
No outside food or beverage is allowed. Food may not be taken off the
premises under any circumstances. Bringing in your own wine must
be approved by our Catering Manager and will be subject to a $10 per
750ml bottle and $20 per 1.5L bottle corkage fee.
Guarantees
Food and alcohol selections are required 30 business days prior to all
events. A guaranteed attendance along is required for all meal
functions 10 business days prior to the function. Additional meals
added will be subject to availability and will incur an additional $5.00
per plate fee. Payment is due on the guaranteed attendance regardless
of lower attendance. All menu prices are guaranteed 60 days prior to
the function.
