PLANNING : (EO 648; EO 72; RA 7279) 1. Formulate guidelines for CLUPs. 2. Render technical assistance to LGUs. 3. Review and ratify CLUPs of HUCs, ICCs, Metro Manila cities and PPFPs. 4. Install an information system to monitor CLUP implementation. 5. Update and revise the Housing Framework. 6. Train LGUs in subdivision plan approval and zoning enforcement. HLURB Mandates B.
