General Information
Special Services
Referrals are available for all of your needs including entertainment, floral arrangements,
photography and special items.
Menu Selection
The menu must be decided fourteen days prior to the event. All courses must be
preselected. 75% of total number of guest must be ordered for the event.
Fees
Check with the Event Coordinator for rental fees and food and beverage minimums.
There is a $125.00 bartender fee for the first 2 hours and $50 per hour there after. (There
may be additional set-up fees that apply, based on special events.) All buffets and food
service are for a 2 hour time period.
Tax and Gratuities
Sales tax of 8.00% and 21% gratuity will be added to all food and non-alcoholic
beverages. Mixed beverage tax of 8.25% and 21% gratuity charge will be added to all
alcoholic beverages.
Guarantee
The catering sales team must be advised of exact numbers of guests attending your
event no later than 12pm (noon), ten (10) business days prior to the start of your function.
Three (3) days prior to the event date by 12:00pm (noon), the client has the ability to
increase the numbers of guests. Any functions over 500 guests will require a 30-day
notification. This number will constitute the guarantee & not be subject to reduction.
Sportservice will provide meals for 3% over the guarantee, (The client will be charged for
the consumption of the overage)
Deposits and Payments
Upon signing event agreement, a deposit must be submitted. Fourteen days prior to the
event, the remaining balance must be paid. All deposits are non-refundable and apply
towards the event balance. Make checks payable to Rangers Baseball LLC.
Security
Security is required for all events. Check with Event Coordinator for fees.
Damage
The venue will not assume any responsibility for damages or loss of any merchandise or
articles left in the event space before or after your function.
Decorations
Decorations are allowed with the exception of glitter and confetti. Each party is
responsible for setting up and taking down any items which the club has not provided.
Exclusivity
No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought on to the premises. All
items must be purchased and prepared through DNC Sportservice. A corkage fee will
be charged for any donated product.
Additional Services
Any outside contracted deliveries must be delivered by appointment and may not be
delivered, more than two days before your event. Please make arrangements with the
Event Coordinator before any outside deliveries are made.
