This goat farm, owned by Michael and Ed, produces 46 different types of cheese and has more than 262 goats. They have three
underground USDA-approved aging cellars to reduce the financial – and environmental – costs of production.

Pauline Kyzer is an ER Nurse, and her husband, Robert, runs their organic pork farm, where they raise their pigs on
local grain and vegetables.
Pollo Real Chicken Farm
Socorro, NM
Tom’s Poultry farm was the first in the United States to be Certified Organic, and man these chickens are free, grazing on multiple
pastures planted with chicory, millet, wheatgrass, and brassicas.
Naturally New Mexico Farm
As the only USDA-certified meat provider in New Mexico, NNMF is the only truly local source of lamb. Other purveyors must ship
their products out of state to be prepared by USDA-certified center and then frozen before distribution.
