Mejia was involved in inappropriate conduct with a minor in the mid 1980’s, while he was a Seminarian in another diocese. He transferred to St. John’s Seminary and became a priest for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 1991. Father Mejia served in this parish from July 1995 to September 1995. He has been placed on administrative leave effective Friday, March 13, 2015, pending the outcome of the investigation of the allegation. If you have any information or concerns, please call Suzanne Healy, Victims Assistance Coordinator, at (213) 637-7650. Please continue to pray for those impacted by this matter.
