Buicks and Bluebonnets Tour Unless you've been hiding under a rock, you know that our annual Buicks and Bluebonnets tour is April 10-12, 2015 at the Hampton Inn, 2605 Schulte Road, Brenham, TX 77833. HOWEVER, the ice cream store (no admission charge) is open Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. You can get all the ice cream you can eat for $1 a scoop. We can stop by the ice cream store on our Saturday drive through the countryside if that interests anyone. Admission costs (includes a serving of Blue Bell Ice Cream): General Admission $6.00 Senior Citizens (55+, which is most of us!) and Children (6 to 14) $4.00 No cameras permitted on tour. It's location is 23400 Park Road 12 in Washington, off State Hwy 105 on FM 1155, halfway between Brenham and Navasota. Yet Another Meeting Notice Also don't forget our 35th Annual Car-B-Q is May 24th at Bear Creek Park at our usual place (Pavilion #5). This is held in conjunction with the Oldsmobile Club's annual Open Show. Last year they had more than 150 cars, including some of ours, so there'll be plenty to see and do. If you want to enter the show, be there at 8:00 with a $20.00 dollar bill. Drop your Buick in place, and walk a short distance to our pavilion to catch up on all the latest gossip.
