Requirements ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ Qualified landowners and/or developers for the construction and lease to the USG of housing compound. The compound would contain 75 residential dwelling units of two to four‐bedrooms. The compound should be less than a 20 minute commute in normal traffic from the existing Embassy and new planned Embassy Compound. The housing compound must, if possible, contain recreational amenities (Clubhouse, pool, tennis and baskectball court, etc.) A Build‐to‐Lease agreement will be negotiated and executed and will provide for annual rent payments from the USG during the term of the lease. The initial term of the lease shall be aproximately seven to nine years and shall be renewable.
