Merry Christmas from the whole team at

Another year has already been and gone. For us 2015 has been a
year where we have seen the drinks industry push in all
directions.
Thwaites, Matthew Clarke, Coe Vintners and Bablake wines have
all been sold this year. For larger companies, it has not been all
plain sailing and we will continue to see these changes next year,
especially with AB InBev and Miller Brands who may combine at
the sacrifice of Peroni and Grolsch. In the mean time we continue
to see a surge of the micro-breweries and independent
producers going back to days of old. Although providing a great
range, it may prove difficult to sustain in an ever shrinking drinks
market.
We have seen a change from the last few years with the closures
of tied estate pubs and struggling contracted pubs, to a surge in
innovative and experimental outlets. Over the last few years,
seeing what was to come, diversification was on the top of our
list to help all kinds of outlets give something to the consumer to
really have an identity and difference from any other outlet. With
a record amount of beer festivals, new lines being introduced
and recommendations this year, we are at the conclusion that we
have provided exactly what was needed. Our flexibility has been
just one part of what sets us apart from any other supplier in East
Anglia, and we will be focusing even more in 2016 to make sure
we provide every angle of support to continue giving piece of
mind to our clients.
We have had the pleasure in being even more involved with
community projects and events for 2015. The Essex Life Food and
Drink Awards, Essex Dog Day, Mersea Regatta, PARC Fun day and
many more. It has always been and always will be a part of this
company to give back where we can to help improve our
communities in these testing times. We have had some new
additions to our company and 2016 will prove that we are
stronger than ever.
