Wild Turkey American Honey Wild Turkey American Honey features the iconic taste of Wild Turkey Kentucky Bourbon blended with natural honey. 2 RECOMMENDED LIQUEURS Wild Turkey make their bourbon with the finest American ingredients, and add very little distilled water to ensure a full-flavoured taste. When combined with honey, this results in a unique and intense variation on bourbon. Enjoy: Mix it with lemon, lime and bitters, or use instead of bourbon for a new spin on a traditional cocktail. Mozart Gold Mozart Gold Chocolate Cream is a rich, chocolate liqueur that combines the sublime luxury of Belgian chocolate with sugar cane alcohol. While renowned for its Belgian chocolate, Mozart’s premium ingredients are sourced from all over the world. The Bourbon-vanilla comes from Madagascar, while the cocoa originates from Africa and the Caribbean. Enjoy: In hot chocolate or over ice-cream. Also brilliant to cook with. Licor 43 Spanish Liqueur Licor 43 uses 43 specially chosen ingredients including fruit juices, vanilla, herbs and spices to create a sweet and complex drink. Licor 43 has a history as rich as its flavour. It goes back thousands of years, when it first came to prominence as the favoured drop of the Roman Empire’s high class. Enjoy: Perfect with fruit juice, or pour chilled over fruit and ice-cream. Dom Bénédictine Dom Bénédictine is a complex, layered herbal liqueur made from 27 carefully chosen herbs and spices, featuring the aroma of citrus fruit, spices and honey. The recipe for Dom Bénédictine is a closely guarded secret, with only three people ever knowing it at the same time. So many have tried to replicate the unique and distinct flavour that its makers maintain a ‘Hall of Counterfeiters’ at their French headquarters. Enjoy: As an after-dinner drink, or in a cocktail like the Singapore Sling. We have a huge range of unique liqueurs, each with its own exotic traditions, secret recipes and specialised ingredients. The Dubliner Liqueur The Dubliner fuses Irish whiskey with an alluring combination of honeycomb and caramel for a unique, sweet tasting whiskey liqueur. Named after the Irish city of Dublin, The Dubliner is a tribute to the city’s culture. The bottle features a quote from famous author James Joyce; ‘When I die, Dublin will be written in my heart.’ An introduction to liqueurs. From their origins as medicinal mixtures of herbs and spices in the 13th Century, liqueurs have become a diverse category offering an exciting experience for lovers of intense flavour. Most liqueurs start with an alcohol base, but what makes them so unique are the rich flavours that are infused with this base. These pure expressions are an intense and powerful way to enjoy a wide range of flavours. The most common flavour infusions include nuts, fruit, cream, chocolate, coffee, honey or herbs and spices. A liqueur can feature several infused ingredients; many include dozens of different herbs, spices or other natural flavours, giving them a complex medley of easily recognisable flavours. While liqueurs are delicious in cocktails or recipes, their flavours also deserve to be appreciated on their own - whether neat or on ice. Experience the intense taste of liqueurs at Dan Murphy’s with our wide variety of exciting flavours. Enjoy: Try substituting whiskey for The Dubliner in traditional Irish cocktails. Grand Marnier Grand Marnier combines the distilled essence of bitter orange with the finest French Cognacs. Grand Marnier only uses one kind of orange to create its iconic taste: an exotic, wild variety called Bigaradia. Mainly handpicked in the Caribbean, the oranges are cut into quarters, pulped then left to dry in the tropical sun. Enjoy: Grand Marnier is delicious on its own, in coffee or part of a luxurious cocktail. Domaine De Canton Domaine De Canton features the fresh, crisp primary taste of crystallized baby ginger, along with vanilla, Champagne and Cognac. Domaine De Canton’s intense ginger flavour comes from baby ginger, which is peeled and cut, then macerated with a blend of exotic herbs and spices. Enjoy: Delicious on the rocks or mixed with a variety of spirits. Frangelico Frangelico is a combination of toasted hazelnuts distilled with alcohol and infused with cocoa, coffee and vanilla beans. The hazelnuts in Frangelico are called Tonda Gentile, a specialty of the Piedmont region in Northern Italy. This variety is renowned for its impressive size, plumpness and sweet flavour. Enjoy: Over ice accompanied by coffee. Also great in a variety of cocktails. danmurphys.com.au *Conditions apply, visit www.danmurphys.com.au or see staff for details. Personal shoppers only. DANM7688 Alizé Bleu Southern Comfort Galliano Ristretto Lemon Z Limoncello Alizé Bleu combines the delicious and refreshing flavours of passion fruit, ginger and cherries with a vodka base. Southern Comfort takes neutral spirits and adds fruit, spice and whiskey flavourings. Galliano Ristretto combines the sweet vanilla taste of Galliano with the intensity of bold Arabic coffee. Lemon Z is a sour lemon liqueur that’s ideal for lovers of citrus fruit flavours. While Southern Comfort used a whiskey base when it was originally made in 1874, today it uses a clear spirit, then adds whiskey flavouring. This gives it a softer, fruitier taste than other ‘pure’ whiskey liqueurs. The flavour of Ristretto comes from forging together two things uniquely Italian - Galliano, a classic, lovingly crafted Italian liqueur that goes through 7 infusions and 6 distillations, and the rich taste of espresso coffee. Enjoy: Add to dark spirits to give them a taste boost, or enjoy as a mixer. Enjoy: Try in a delicious cocktail - a Ristretto Daiquiri or a Chocolate Martini. Soho Lychee Liqueur Drambuie Whiskey Liqueur Disaronno Originale Baileys Irish Cream Tuaca Liqueur Glayva Scotch Liqueur Soho Lychee combines sweet lychee fruit with complementary citrus flavours to create a sweet, oriental flavoured liqueur. Drambuie is a sweet blend of up to 30 premium 15 to 17-year-old single malt whiskies, combined with honey, herbs and spices. Baileys Irish Cream mixes Irish whiskey with rich cream, herbs and sugar to create a mellow and balanced liqueur. Tuaca Liqueur features the smooth taste of soft citrus and vanilla on a base of fine brandy. Native to China and Southeast Asia, the lychee is a sweet fruit that has a taste combination of strawberries, grapes and watermelon. Drambuie is a unique tribute to Scotland and its traditions. Malts from the Speyside and Highland regions, as well as heather honey, are called for in the recipe that’s remained a secret since 1745. Disaronno is a bittersweet, intensely nutty liqueur that mixes apricot kernel oil with alcohol, burnt sugar, and the pure essence of 17 selected herbs and fruits. Glayva is a smooth and sweet mix of Scotch, spices, Mediterranean tangerines, cinnamon, almonds and honey. As well as using tropical fruit from the finest locations in the world, Alizé Bleu also uses premium French Cognac and vodka. Enjoy: Alizé Bleu is brilliant over ice, or mixed in a tropical cocktail. Enjoy: On its own, or add to a Martini for a new spin on an old classic. Enjoy: On the rocks, or in a Rusty Nail cocktail. Instead of nuts, Disaronno uses only carefully selected herbs and fruit soaked in apricot kernel oil to achieve its flavour. Enjoy: On the rocks, or with a traditional mixer like cola. While Limoncello is traditionally an Italian indulgence, Lemon Z is made in New Zealand. It uses 100% New Zealand products, from the lemon peels to the water, sourced from an ancient Maori spring, Waikimihia. Enjoy: Lemon Z is perfect poured cold over ice or in a cocktail. While the main flavours of Baileys are cream and whiskey, layers of toasted nuts, brown spices, caramel and nougat are also apparent. Enjoy: Try it in a latte, cappuccino, mixed over ice or in a variety of cocktails. Cointreau Cointreau combines the essential oils of sun-dried orange peel with sugar, water, clear spirits and several secret ingredients. Created in France, Cointreau uses sweet and bitter orange peel from all over the world to create its distinctive and delicious taste. Enjoy: Neat, on ice or in classic cocktails like the Cosmopolitan or Margarita. The brandy in Tuaca comes from Faenza, a small Italian town that produces brandy with a fine aroma, amber colour and brilliantly smooth finish. Enjoy: Try chilled and neat, or with fruit juice as a delicious mixer. Illyquore Liquore Di Caffé Illyquore Liquore features the rich taste of Arabica coffee, with hints of dark chocolate and vanilla bean. Illyquore uses Illy’s proprietary Arabica blend, sourced from the best coffee growers in South America, Africa and India. Enjoy: With an espresso shot, or as a dessert delight with ice-cream. Glayva was created by whisky merchant Ronald Morrison. The Glayva name is Gaelic for ‘very good’ - the first words spoken by the first tasters of the drink. Enjoy: Glayva’s brilliant with traditional mixers like lemonade or ginger ale.
