SALE INFORMATION
Directions: Checkendon is situated about 7 miles north of Reading off the
A4074 Reading (Caversham)/Wallingford/Oxford road at Woodcote.
Direction signs will be in evidence on viewing and sale days. See map on
inside back cover of catalogue. Post code RG8 0SX
Parking: There will be ample on site parking, weather permitting (pasture
field)
Viewing: Friday 17th July between 10am and 4pm and throughout the day
of sale from 8.30am
Registration: All prospective purchasers must register at the auction office
on arrival, whereupon they will be issued with a bidding number. Customers
unknown to the auctioneers will be required to provide satisfactory proof of
identity ie driving licence/passport unless a satisfactory bank reference has
previously been received. Failing that a £500 cash deposit will be required.
Payment: Payment for all lots is due on the day of sale. Our terms are
strictly CASH, DEBIT CARD or BANK TRANSFER. Customers unknown to
us and wishing to pay by cheque must produce a bankers reference.
Payment by CREDIT CARD is also acceptable but subject to a 2%
surcharge.Our Bankers are: NATIONAL WESTMINSTER BANK, Reading

passport/driving licence, supported by 2 utility bills, bank statement or
equivalent. Cash payments via your bank will no longer be permitted. The
Auctioneers will only accept payment from and permit removal of goods
purchased by the successful purchased or their duly appointed agent. No
