HOTEL
The Promoter books and pays for accomodation for the Real Group, preferably 4
or 5-star hotel with 24 hour reception. Internet, toilet and shower in the rooms
and with breakfast included or prepaid for us.

TRANSPORT
The Promoter organizes and pays for travels from Stockholm, Sweden as well as
local transportation from and to the airport/train-station/venue/hotel. Please
note that the group’s technical equipment takes a lot of extra space – 5 extra
cases that weigh 90kg.

Also please note that we are 7 people with 7 large suitcases. Discuss travels with
the tour manager and please make choices that helps reduce our carbon
footprint! A separate fee of 50SEK/100KM will be added to our fee.
GETIN AND SOUNDCHECK
The Real Group needs 5h to load in, setup, sound-check and have dinner/lunch.
Example of a normal schedule for a concert at 19:00 is:
14:00 Load in, 15:30-16:30 Dinner (at the venue), 16.30 Sound check,
18:30 Doors open, 19:00 Concert.
STAGE, SOUND & LIGHT
Contact the Manager if you have questions.
STAGE:
Recommended Stage size is 12 meters wide in front and a depth of 8 meters.
Stage floor must be at least 1 meter above the parquet level, free ceiling height
should be at least 7 meters including lighting devices. At an outdoor concert, the
roof must be watertight. Artist's entrance should be from the side or back of the
stage with stairs or ramp - out of sight of the audience. Covering and backdrop,
preferably black.
Seats will be reserved for FOH mix-area (sound engineers, lighting technicians +
equipment). Mix area under a balcony or in a sound booth is not accepted. The
show may not be recorded or transmitted without the specific agreement set out
in the main contract.
On stage: 5 glasses or bottles of still water on a table, 5 chairs, 1 or 2 mats on
the floor to stand on if the floor is sound sensitive. This needs to be here for
soundcheck, and glasses need to be refilled before the concert and during
intermission.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Please send a specification back to the sound engineer for
confirmation!
SOUND
The Real Group travels with our own sound engineer. We need 1 sound engineer
at the venue who knows the PA system and the console well.
PA:
• All speakers should be flown.
• Venues with capacity for less than 500 seats: d&b Q or Y line array system with
2 J-subbasses.
• Venues with capacity of 500 seats or more: Appropriate number of d&b V or J
line array system and J subbasses.
• Accepted sound system: d&b, L'Acoustic, Meyer, Nexo or EV line array.
FOH:
• We prefer digital consoles
• Accepted digital consoles: Yamaha M7CL, Digico SD series, Soundcraft Vi Series,
Digidesign SC48.
• The mixing console MUST have 14 line in & 4 line out at FoH, because of the
engineer’s own outboard (1 x Apollo 8p & M2000)
• 1 talkback mic
• Intercom between FOH and stage
• 2 mic-boomstands for antennas
• Ipad & router connected and functioning to the console.
If the mixing console is analogue:
• The mixer must have at least 24 channels and 12 aux buses. For example AMEK
recall, MIDAS XL-200.
• 8 channel active splitter
• Separate graphic 1/3 octave Multiband EQ (KLARK-Teknik, BSS, RANE or UREI)
• 1 parametric EQ
• 1 TC ELECTRONIC M-5000, M-3000 or LEXICON PCM 80
• 1 Yamaha SPX 900 - pitch shift and delay (or equivalent)
• 8 Compressors inserts (dbx 160x or equivalent)
• 1 stereo compressor/limiter (dbx or equivalent)
• 1 talkback mic.
• Intercom between FOH and stage.
• 2 mic-boomstands for antennas
MONITOR:
• 5 monitoring system for In-Ear Monitoring, all in mono. (The group brings its
own IEM, Sennheiser series 2000).
• 1 system with sidefills att both sides of the stage (d&b E12, L Acoustic 12XT,
Meyer UPJ-1P)
• 1 backup system with 4 monitors in the front of the stage - (just in case the IEM
are lost at flight, d&b Max12, L Acoustic 12XT, Meyer USM-1, EAW SM, or EV
s300x)
• 2 Graphic 1/3 octave EQ for sidefills & backup system
• MICS & STANDS:
• The artist brings their own wireless microphones (Sennheiser series 2000,
E965)
• 10 mic-boomstands with a bracket. (1 without boom)
• 7 backup microphones with 30 feet mic cables.
• 30 batteries of type AA/LR6 for our Mics & IEM.
• The artist brings their own loop station and needs power and two XLR at Stage
left.
BEFORE ARRIVAL:
• The PA should be all set up and working and easy to configurate.
• Disturbing noise from amplifiers, fans and dimmers must be eliminated before
the sound check and concert.
• The promoter must ensure that no unauthorized people, audience or spectators
are in the room/venue until all the technology is set up and sound check is
completed.
Note!
The Sound engineer needs to be in direct contact with the sound provider and
house technicians. Please send sound system specifications directly to

LIGHT
The Real Group travel without a light-technician. We need 1 light engineer who
can do the light. Please contact the sound engineer for information about the
lighting setup.

DRESSING ROOM & CATERING
The Real Group needs at least two changing rooms; separate for women/men. 1
spacious and well furnished lockable dressing room, close to the stage. In the
changing rooms there needs to be an iron, mirrors, water, electricity and toilet.
Internet or wifi is greatly appreciated! Please inform the manager or one of the
members if a password is needed.
Dinner (for 7 people)
Tasty dishes, preferably light food like; chicken or fish with a large portion of it
being vegetarian. The catering services should strive to offer locally produced
food in season, Please note that one member does not eat pork and is allergic to
nuts. Another member is allergic to maltodextrin.
The dinner should be served before soundcheck. Please contact the manager
to confirm when, how and where the group wants to eat.
We would love for you to prioritize organic foods,
and make environmentally friendly choices for us.
In the dressing room (for 7 people):
Coffee, Tea, milk, honey, sugar, Non-carbonated water
Fresh fruits, Chocolate (preferably set up when the group arrives)
Sandwiches (after the concert)
Beer, Sparkling dry white wine
We encourage food being served with a minimum of single-use items. We prefer
tap water where the water is not polluted. We encourage you to make good
choices for us!
Please note NO NUTS IN THE FOOD OR IN THE DRESSING ROOM!
