Chairman of the board of AFP Group
Setting up the Montana Tech Components AG, we committed ourselves to
line up hidden champions with realistic growth potential, support their development
and establish them as world market leaders in their respective industries.
Since the end of 2012, the Aluflexpack Group ("AFP Group") belongs to our
Industrial Components division, and is now on the best way to become one of
the leading European flexible packaging companies.
The Aluflexpack Group (AFP Group) is the clear market leader in
the production of flexible aluminium packaging in Croatia and
number 3 in Europe in its markets.
Quick and efficient response to market requirements and challenges
as well as the ability to recognise and the power to seize business
opportunities are the pillars of AFP Group's success.
This already strong competitive position will be expanded even
further. The encouraging development of the AFP Group since the
take over in December 2012 based on the succesfull roll-out of the
investment programme, the increase of process efficiency through
focused cost-reduction measures and the overall business growth
combined with current market developments and consolidations
open up new development opportunities for the AFP Group.
We, Michael Tojner and Martin Ohneberg, work closely and successfully together for over 10 years now and assure best possible support to the local management and further development of the AFP
Group.
AFP Group’s customers and the group itself benefit both in short
and long term from the membership to the Montana Tech Components Group, stable ownership structure, experienced team and lean
