First Floor Second Floor Hotel prepared project documentation and has all building permissions for upgrading part of the first and second floor and renovation and reconstruction. Ground floor: circular electric door at the hotel entrance; elevator for guests with the capacity of 630kg, reception room for guests (lobby) with club seating, and stairway leading to the first floor; reception desk with back office; elevator for personnel with the capacity of 630kg, utility yard, boiler room, garage, second courtyard with 22 parking places and electonic gate opening (installation is prepared). First floor: 13 rooms and 2 apartments, lobby, stairway, room for support stuff, toilets, meeting room with 10 places, conference room (40 places); power room with power and rack storage supporting hotel logistics; hallway to rooms separated by double fire doors (with electromagnets connected to the fire panel). Second floor: 13 rooms (4 are conecting rooms – connected with double doors) and 2 apartments, lobby, room for support stuff, office for the hotel manager, one larger multipurpose office, club restaurant with a view of the boulevard, kitchen. Rooms are fitted with french beds, armchairs, desk, wardrobes, mirrors, lamps, mini bars, safes, etc; bathrooms in all rooms are covered in „Boticcino“ marble and contain toilet, wash stand, shower and modern accessories. Apartments next to bathrooms also have separate toilets (according to the set standards for this hotel category). One apartment on each floor has a whirlpool bathtube for two (jacuzzi) and a separate sauna. Lobby and hallway towards the rooms are separeted by double fire doors (with electromagnets connected to the fire panel). 3 Rooms 4 Overview of Completed Works • • • • • • • • • • • • • • All rooms are fitted with the installation of amart room system. http://www.adria-electronic.hr/ Channel Fan Coil is installed, producer by McQuay; MCW model of different capacities, Static pressure 30 Pa, Connection 3/4’’, t= 7/12oC, 230V, 50Hz, contol wall thermostat. Fire detectors installed. Carpeting is fitted, rooms are fuly furnished, television infrastructure is installed, fridges, safes, wall lamps, electronic switches and plugs (Gewiss), internet and wireless, easy and blackout curtains, lighting, front door (with cards and electric strike) and doors in the bathrooms. Marble is installed in all bathrooms (“Boticcino”), as well as mirrors, washstands, taps, showers with glass cabins and built-in taps, concealed system toilet, ceiling speakers system connected to the tv set. HL dry drains and flood sensors are fitted in bathroom floors. Saunas are installed in two apartments (easch for two people) and the whirlpool tubs for two (jacuzzi). Fire door with electomagnets, channels, grids for air handllig unites are installed in hallways (purchased and ready for installation). Carpets are purchased for all hallways (but not yet fitted). Complete duct system for fresh air circulation is installed (in all public areas and in the kitchen) with electical fire dampers; all ventilators are purchased but not yet mounted on the roof. Chillers are purchased (not installed) – two cooling fans and heat pumps, produced by McQuay, model: McSmart 320CR, capacity Qhl/ gr=96/110kW, EER=2,44, ESEER=3,59, COP=2,63, 400V, 3ph/50Hz, R407C, dimensions 2750x1100x2180mm, operating weight 1611kg. Cassette type fan coil is purchased (not installed), produced by McQuay, model MCK, in various sizes, each with the mask, remote IC control, pump for condensate 230 V, 50Hz. Solar panels are installed on the roof (20 pieces) „Buderus“ brand for technical water heating – capacity: 3000 liters. Quadruple front hotel circular door (with panic locks) are purchased from the renowned swedish producer „Besam“. http://www.besam.com (not yet installed).
