Grand Deluxe – Glass Doors
We also sell the upgrade to glass doors for the
GD125 and the GD185. The glass doors are double
glazed toughened glass and are made with an
anodized aluminum trim.
As well as looking great the glass doors are a
practical option for installations in a commercial bar
or restaurant.
The GD125 has a left and right and door.
The GD185 has one left and two right hand doors.
NOTE: The doors are not compatible between the
two different fridge models as the GD125 and the
GD185 have slightly different door openings.

Cornelius Type Ball Lock Post for Keg Coupler
This carbonation cap is a screw-on cap with an integrated Cornelius ball
lock fitting. It is designed to fit onto most soft drink PET bottles. The
carbonation cap is highly effective method to add and maintain
carbonation in beverages for extended periods of time. Made from 304
Stainless Steel the carbonation cap will last years of use with virtually
no maintenance.
These new parts are extremely handy so you can
connect you ball lock disconnects to your keg
coupler.
The part is basically has a 5/8” thread on one side
and on the other side it has a ball lock disconnect
post.
With this cap you can simply fill an old PET bottle with cold liquid of your
choice and carbonate by connecting your gas ball lock disconnect.
Make your own soda water, carbonate beer, or even make your own
soft drinks.

The post on this unique carbonation cap has been
machined so it fit BOTH the black and grey ball lock

The regular draft tap is what you will need to attach to most fonts. The flow
restrictor tap is similar to the regular draft tap with the main difference being
able to control the resistance in the line with a leaver on the right hand side
of the tap. We also offer a brumby style tap in Full Stainless Steel which is
commercial grade.
The long shank taps are for people who would like to make their own
Kegerator or mount the tap into a cool room wall or fridge door. Just drill a 21mm
hole and the shank will slot straight in.

These unique “seal forward” taps eliminate the need for a
valve shaft like other less sanitary taps. Beer is
not exposed to air so the handle does not stick
and there is no build-up of mould and bacteria
in the tap body. The polished interiors makes
smooth flow to ensure perfect pour. These
taps are available in a stainless steel
(part#6332) and Acetyl plastic (part#6349) and
long shank (part#6752). These taps include
shanks and are spring return so the tap closes when you let
go the handle.

Two Piece Decal Holder
These decal holders are literally made to support your brand name.
Due to the novel two piece design the sliding base moves up and
down allowing the decal to be fitted to ANY TAP design so there is no
issues with incompatibility.
Also, as the sliding base can be removed with a Philips head screw
driver there is no need to remove the tap from the front to fit the decal.
It simply fits over the tap and you do up the screws on the underside.

Euroball Flow Restrictor Tap
These euroball design taps are made with stainless steel spout,
shank and internal components. The than handle and casing is
chrome plated brass. They have an included flow retrictor on the
shank making it easy to adjust the flow rate.
The ball valve design is extremely reliable, gives smooth laminar beer
flow even at very high dispense pressures (up to 120psi/800kpa). As

These original Perlick brand taps are done in either
stainless steel (525SS) or chrome plated
brass (525PC). We can either sell the
taps without shank (as seen in picture top
right), with short shank to mount into a
font (as shown in picture to the left), or
with a long shank to mount through a
fridge door or esky wall (as shown in
photo to bottom right). All these taps
include the black plastic tap handle.
Similar to the full stainless pluto gun (above) but with a much higher

Nested Mash Brewing 60/40L Pots for Single Vessel
Brewing
These single vessel brewing pots are great for mash brewing.
The aluminium is more conductive than
stainless pots making these pots idea for
direct heat. The pots come as a set with
a large 60L outter pot with lid and a
nested inner 40L inner pot that has a
perforated false bottom. This allows you
to place grain in the inner pot for
mashing. When finished mashing simply lift out
the inner pot and use the outter pot to boil. The assembly can also be
used in conjuction with RIMS heat stick and pump to upgrade this to a
recirculating system in the future.

50L Kegmenter (Keg / Fermenter)
This is an economical multipurpose keg and fermenter (AKA
Kegmenter). It is pressurisable to 3.5bar so you can use the

The 30 watts will gentle warmth without creating a hot spot. Heating
belts are preferable to heating pads for the reasons that they can
simply be moved up or down the fermenter to increase or decrease

Stainless Stepless Clamps
These stainless clamps are the best for securing your beer and
gas line to barbs/nipples. Unlike other hose clamps the secure
the line in a complete and exact circle. Hence the name
“stepless” clamps.

These brand keggles are made for the avid home brewer. The
keggles are made from solid 304 stainless steel. The 1.5mm thick
stainless is heavy enough to take some beating and also thick

These large 200litre and 100L stainless steel pots are
suitable for home brewers or nano-breweries that want
to build their own system.
The lids come with a silicon seal and secure with
several stainless clamps for an airtight seal. The pots
also are made with strong welded handles on the sides.
Perfect for containing hops while brewing beer
and will prevent hops getting into your chiller
or fermenter! The spider sits over the edge of
your kettle or keggle (as show to right).
During the boil hops can be poured directly
into the spider. The spider is suitable for up to
300grams of hops. The basket is 35cm high
with the opening at the top being15cm
diameter and tapers down to a 10cm diameter
at the bottom. It’s completely made from 304
stainless and the mesh is 0.2mm aperture so it
will capture 99% of the hop material while still
allowing the hops to move in the kettle so you
get good hop efficiency.

Keg CO2 Charger Kit
This keg charger kit is just what you need to charge your keg on
the run. Small enough to fit into your palm making it the first
choice for your portable keg setup. Simply screw on the MFL
threaded disconnect (part 5267 or 5977), attach to your keg, and
press the trigger to charge the keg. The kit includes 1 x 16gram
CO2 cartridge. Replacement CO2 cartridges can also be
purchased.
Relieves pressure while filtering from one keg to another or
allows you to accurately naturally condition in the keg by
setting the desired venting pressure. Adjustable up to
100kPa (15psi).
Notes: You need to wind/unwind the end of the valve to

anodised aluminium. The charger kit is very

The Keggomax FM Reflux Still

The Kegomax FM Reflux Still is an all new reflux still design that
is made from borosilicate laboratory grade glass, stainless steel
and copper. The still is able to produce extremely high grade

RIMS Heat Stick Heat Exchanger Housing
This heat stick housings make is very easy to build a RIMS
recirculating mash system. They have been made with TIG welded
50mm stainless pipe with 2 x ½” BSP female sockets at right angles in
the top and bottom for the wort to flow in and out. On one end there is
a tri-clover end cap with a 32m hole pre-drilled so it is ready to mount
one of our 2200watt elements (part #004727). The top of the heat
stick has a 20mm hole so it is ready to mount either a thermowell (part
#005311) or bulkhead (part #005335).
This makes it very easy to then use a temp controller (part#004246)

This ball valve is sold as a complete
assembly (shown in picture on left ) so all
you have to do is drill your 20mm hole in
your keg, pot or vessel wall and you can
fit this ball valve.
This is a full port ball valve with a 14mm
bore which allows maximum flow rate
through the ball valve.
The valve comes with Teflon tape already on
the nipple, a silicon o-ring which is seated in
the ½” BSP nut. The seat in the nut prevents
the o-ring from rolling out of place when
tightening. As shown to top right the 1/2”
BSP Male x 13mm Barb (#005700) can be
fitted to the ball valve (purchased separately)
so you can attach any 11-14mm ID type hose
(such as our silicon hose #005496).
On the inside of the vessel the ½” BSP nipple usually protrudes approximately 16mm

Silicon Hose / Tubing
This silicon hose is resistant to constant high
temperatures and has excellent chemical resistance.
The soft silicon is great for transferring beer from
fermenter to keg and will fit onto the standard fermenter
tap or standard 13mm hose barbs. The soft silicon easy
to work with and seals very well. It is also recommended
for handling spirits and for distillation applications as it
does not leach plasticisers like vinyl tubing.
Internal diameter is 11.5mm and outside diameter of 18mm. Please note that this
hose should not be used for higher pressures above 20psi (such as mains water
pressure). The hose has a burst pressure of approximately 35psi.

This pump is constructed of food-grade
materials, handles boiling wort. The impeller
housing is made from polysulfone because it
is a tough, food-grade plastic rated up to
120C.
The magnetic drive acts as a clutch allowing the user to put backpressure on
the pump to slow down flow. Since it is magnetic drive, it’s not self priming, you must
put the pump under the level of the liquid source. This is an extremely efficient
1.1amp pump which can be run continuously at elevated temperatures.

Wort Aerator - Air Pump Only
Borosilicate Erlenmeyer Flasks
This aeration pump is designed to work with the 2 micron
sintered stainless stone. The output side of the pump fits
our 4mm ID beer line. Lack of aeration is often the
reason for sluggish fermentation or poor attenuation.
The best brewers make large yeast starters to get their
beer fermenting fast. Large populations of active yeast help
ensure flavorful beer free of off flavors.
Good aeration can be achieved using this pump and will
greatly increase the health of your yeast especially in
their aerobic stage. Simply plug pump into your wall and
put the stainless air stone into your fermenter for 15 min. To clean and sterilise the
air stone simply put in boiling water and store in clip lock bag.

Wort Aerator - Air Pump Kit
This aeration kit includes the air pump, sintered

filter. This complete assembly will ensure that you
get the best possible aeration in your wort which will

These 0.2 Micron Air Filters will filter out microbes and
bacteria. They can be used in many different ways.
They can be used with our wort aerator pumps (above)
so you can aerate your wort, or can be used as an

Pivoting Magnetic Stir Bar & Neodymium Rare Earth

These 28mm magnetic stir bars (part #006240) are suited to use with the above
conical flask. If you would like to make your own stir plate you can use use a
small computer fan and the neodymium magnets (part#6257) to make a

formulation is highly concentrated and will make over 300Litres
when diluted. You can also re-use the sanitiser over and over

The hydrometers are made with a 3 scales and have a specific gravity range from
0.80-1.115
A CIP (clean in place) spray ball for cleaning and
sanitising can make cleaning your brewery as easy
as turning on a switch. Simply recirculate your
sanitiser or cleaner using a pump an this sprayer will
coat the inside of your tank in a 360 degree pattern
so all surfaces are wetted. It is made with a ½” BSP
thread so it will fit to a wide range of our stainless
fittings. In order to get to the optimum pressures to
spin the head a descent garden style pump should
be used.
Typically this ball will work best with flow and
pressure of 15-20L/min flow rate at about 200kPa

Step 3 – Recirculate Mash/Step Mash
Use the pump to recirculate the wort through the 14 immersion chiller (which you can
sit in the HLT. Ensure the HLT is at least 50% full so there is enough hot water to
use as a heat exchanger. The recirculation process will enable you to heat up the
mash tun or maintain temperature. The recirculation process will also help to clear
your wort.
Step 4 – Sparge
Use the pump to pump hot water from HLT to the Mash Tun. While the hot water is
entering the mash tun also open ball valve on the mash tun so that the flow out of the
mash tun is appoximately the same as the flow into the mash tun.
Step 5 – Boil
After you have collected the desired amount of wort into your kettle fire up the burner,
add hops and other additions.
Step 6 – Chill
Place the immersion chiller into the kettle in the last 10 minutes of the boil to sterilise
the chiller. Attach garden hose to chiller and start flow of cold tap water. Stir the
kettle to accellerate the cooling process.

Assembly
If you choose to assembl this yourself you will need a 20mm hole saw, 32mm hole
saw, file, spanner and some feflon tape. If you assembly yourself the price is $200
cheaper but you will have to drill the holes yourself.
You will also need:
Your own BBQ gas cylinder
A stainless bench (this was $150 from bunnings as shown in photo)
Some screws to mount the pump and temp controller to the bench
Some plumbing fittings to connect garden hose to the wort chiller (available at
Bunnings)
Brief Introduction
This system is designed with 3 x 58L keggles so you can brew a batch of beer that is
up to 50L in size. The 3 keggles are:
1. HLT (hot liquor tank) - Includes 2200 watt heating element which is controlled
using the 16amp temp controller. Includes ball valve and thermowell .
2. Mash Tun - with 30cm false bottom, ball valve and 3” temperature dial.
3. Kettle – Includes stainless ball valve
Step 1 – Preheat HLT
Preheat water in HLT (approximately 75-80C).
Step 2 – Mash
Use water from mash tun to begin mash. Stir mash thoroughly.
