• ROASTS SLOWLY: The E-Z Way Roaster is not a grill. It has been
designed as a slow roasting smoker. The 80,000 Btu gas burner and
refillable wood trough combine the efficiency of a gas fire with the

traps in heat, moisture and flavor while creating a natural convection.
For optimal flavor, we recommend using one of our 8 flavors of

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We maintain a large inventory so we can quickly process
and ship your purchase. Orders received before 2:00 PM
EST, on in-stock merchandise, normally ship the same
day. For your convenience, the adjacent shipping chart
shows the number of business days normally required to
receive a shipment from Big John. These are normal
delivery times (not including the pick-up day or
weekends) quoted by our freight carriers and can be
used to estimate your delivery date. Big John’s shipping
department has negotiated substantial discounts with
many national motor freight carriers. Therefore, our
shipping department can assign a low-cost freight
carrier that provides fast, reliable and courteous service.
All shipments are F.O.B. point of origin and we pre-pay
and add the freight charges as a separate line item on
your invoice. If you have a specific shipping request,
please specify this preference when placing your order.
Small shipments are sent via UPS and are easily received. Larger units require the use of common carrier transportation
(UPS Freight, Con-way, FedEx Freight, Rist, etc.). These shipments are “TAILGATE DELIVERY” and you are required to
have enough help and the proper equipment to unload the merchandise upon delivery. If you require residential delivery,
liftgate or special services, please notify us at the time of your order and we will surcharge the freight according to
the carriers rate schedule.
