meal to prepare on your own. This manual provides a basic step by step
walkthrough guide of how to make your own Fettuccine Alfredo dish. The
following steps will guide cooks of all experience to create this dish.

8 ounces of Cheesy Ragu
(Classic Alfredo sauce)
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
½ pound of chicken breast
¼ slice of onion
1 teaspoon of Chicken Broth
(optional)
1 tablespoon of sugar
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ cup shredded cheese

Step 1: Turn the stove on to
medium-high.
Step 2: Fill a pot with 6 cups of water
and heat to boiling on the stove.
Step 3: After about 10 minutes add 1
tablespoon of vegetable oil to
the boiling water.
Step 4: Pour 24 ounces of dry fettuccine
pasta into the pot of water.

Step 5: Mix the water, vegetable oil, and
the fettuccine noodles together.
Step 6: Soak the noodles within the pot
for 8-10 minutes.
Drying the Noodles
Step 1: Once the noodles have soaked for
8-10 minutes, carefully select a
noodle near the top of the pot and
pinch it to make sure the noodles
are soft to your preference.
Step 2: If the noodles are not soft
enough, continue to boil them for
2-3 minutes and repeat step 1.
Caution: The water and
noodles will be hot.

Step 3: Pour the contents of the pot into
a drainage basket over the sink.
Use cooking gloves or mittens to
handle the pot.
Caution: Poor slowly. The water
will be hot.
Step 4: Drain the basket of noodles in the
sink and set it aside.

Step 1: Wash the chicken breast
thoroughly in a basket.
Step 2: Set the chicken on the cutting board
and start cutting the chicken into
strips about ¼ of an inch wide.
Caution: The knife will be
sharp.
Step 3: Turn the chicken and start cutting
so that you are left with small
pieces of chicken.

Step 1: Get a whole onion and cut about
¼ of an inch off of the top and
bottom. Throw these two small
pieces away.
Caution: The knife will be
sharp.
Step 2: Cut the onion in half

and cut it in half again. Peel off the
outer skin and throw it away.
Step 4: Cut the half of the onion into small
slices.

Step 1: Turn on the stove to
medium-high. Set a large skillet
down on the stove. Wait for 1-2
minutes for the skillet to heat up.
Caution: The stove will be
hot.
Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Let the oil spread around the
inside of the skillet and wait for 1
minute.
Step 3: Slide the onions slowly into the
skillet.
Caution: Hot oil may
splatter out of the pan.

Step 4: Gently move the onions around
with a wooden spoon for about 2
minutes.
Step 5: Slide the chicken into the skillet.
Step 6: Move and flip the sliced chicken and
onions until the meat turns a
whitish-brown color and no longer
pink inside. Continue to do so for
6-7 minutes.

Step 7: Season the chicken and onions by
adding

1 teaspoon of chicken broth
powder(optional)
1 teaspoon of sugar
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
Step 8: Mix the contents of the skillet
thoroughly for about 1 minute.

Adding Cheesy Ragu
Step 1: Pour an entire jar of Cheesy Ragu,
Classic Alfredo sauce, into the
skillet.
Step 2: Add ¼ cup of water to dilute the
cheese.
Step 3: Stir the cheese until it boils for 5-7
minutes.

Putting Everything Together
Step 1: Take the basket of cooked
fettuccine noodles and slowly add it
into the skillet.
Step 2: Mix the contents for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: Add ¼ cup of shredded cheese.
Finishing the Fettuccine
Step 4: Mix until the cheese melts for 1
minute.
Step 5: Wash and cut cilantro.
Caution: The knife will be
sharp.
