CAMP FACTS:
TUITION includes all camp instruction, full meals, and air-conditioned, two-girls-per-room accommodations.
CANCELLATION-REFUND POLICY: A $100 administrative charge will be made for any cancellations prior to May 1,
2016. After May 1, tuition refunds, minus the $100 administrative charge, will be made for medical purposes only,
accompanied by a physician’s letter of explanation. THIS LETTER MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE
START OF YOUR CAMP SESSION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE CAMP HAS BEGUN.
MEDICAL: Any expenses resulting from illness or injuries, emergency or non-emergency, are the sole responsibility of the
camper's parents or guardians. The Bruno Camps hire two certified athletic trainers at each camp session to accommodate
our players. Should an emergency arise, hospitals are minutes away.
DORM MOM: Our Dorm Mom will supervise our dormitories ensuring your daughter’s needs are met when she is not
in the gym. She will also monitor our phone system voice mail to pass along messages to your daughters.
