 How to Configure Status Rules in Closing Market for ePN
This documentation is a how to guide for creating status rules for order workflow from Service
Provider to CCE. The steps are very similar to RamQuest One.
Follow the steps below to configure Status Rules:

Go to www.closingmarket.com – this is accessible through your Closing Market Icon
within CCE or RamQuest One. (See Exhibit A)
Click on The Market (See Exhibit B)
Click Configuration on the top menu (See Exhibit C)
Click Status Rules on the right side of the screen (See Exhibit D)
The Status Rules screen displays (See Exhibit E)
Click Add Rule to Add a new Rule (See Exhibit F)
Choose the Partner – ePN Document Recording (See Exhibit G)
Choose the Originator Status – there are 5 options that you can setup to receive status
for on each document. (See Exhibit H)
o Recorded
o Received
o Recorder Rejected
o Document Delivery
o Electronically Submitted to Recorder
Choose Action – this will choose whether to use an existing task in the Status Items list
of CCE or to create a new task. (See Exhibit I)
o Create New Task
o Update Existing Task
Choose a Destination Task – these will be the tasks from your File Status Setup in
CCSupervisor (See Exhibit J)
Add Partner Note – this is a check mark box that allows you to receive a note on the
status item when the task is updated or created. (See Exhibit K)
Choose Mark Task As – this is used when an existing status item is created in the status
list of CCE. Choosing one of the three options allows you to know what will happen
when the status comes back from ePN. (See Exhibit L)
o None
o Complete
o Open
Choose Save Rule to continue or Cancel to Delete Rule during this creation (See Exhibit
M)
Once this is complete for each type of Originator Status you will receive completed, updated
or only notes added to the status items in your status list on the files in CCE based upon the
configurations you selected. (See Exhibit N)
These configurations can be modified in the Status Rules in Configuration of Closing Market.
