16mm minimum thickness!
Glued and pressed SIBUGLAS sheets can be easily
processed with the majority of woodworking machinery and tools with good results. The PE protective film
must be left on the top surface during processing. The
use of suitable tools that offer clean cutting prevents
damage. Optimum machine parameters, tool layout and
cutting speeds are to be determined individually prior to
production on the basis of a sample.

• Disassemble the sanitary devices

• Thoroughly clean and degrease the ground
• Measure the required sheet dimensions on the spot
(take into account a 3mm expansion gap)

• Saw the SIBUGLAS sheet to the required dimensions
• Apply a vertical silicone bead
(1cm from the edge, 6cm distance)
• Allow to air for 24 hours prior to grouting.
• Sealing with SIBU silicone! (Make sure to seal the entire exposed edge. Central joint: flush with the surface,
outer edge: chamfer)
