A few words from David
Lemaitre,
President
and
Founder of EOS Innovation
2014 has been a significant year for EOS Innovation: the first
e-vigilante surveillance robots have been sold in France
and in Europe. It is a strong signal which tells us that we are
actively involved in the robotics revolution, or as we may say
the “robolution”.
In 2014, EOS Innovation has also welcomed Parrot, a French
company of international renown and leader in wireless
devices, as a shareholder. It reflects a mutual trust in the
technologies which will build our future.
Our core activity is based on creating innovative products dedicated to the security sector. In
order to share these advances with you, I am pleased to present our first newsletter. It will inform
you throughout the year about our news and our common successes.
The EOS Innovation’s team joins me to wish you an excellent year 2015

With e-vigilante, be a step
ahead in your surveillance !
The first version of the e-vigilante surveillance
robot, equipped with infrared vision, is fully
operational. A new functionality is now
included: thermal detection.
In addition to the Axis Light Finder camera,
EOS Innovation had added a second camera
which is able to detect unusual increases of
temperature, with accurate precision to a
few tenths of a degree. This additional sensor
upgrades the current version on two main
features: human detection and hotspots,
indication of potential fires.
EOS Innovation is continuing to
grow and is structuring its R&D
department. We are pleased
to welcome Thibault Depost
as Chief Technical Operator.
Thibault Depost will be responsible for the
new developments and the production of
the e-vigilante robot. He will also lead future
new projects and manage the R&D team.
Trained as an engineer, with an MBA degree,
Thibault Depost spent most of his career at
EADS. During his last position, he was the
technical manager for Nao, the humanoid
robot developed by Aldebaran.
With this new version of e-vigilante, your onsite security is strengthened.
