Technical Data
Varitex is recommended for use on most building materials &
substrates, such as concrete, concrete lime blocks, plaster , fibre
reinforced cement sheeting, stone and brick, plus interior substrates of
plaster, Gib-board, ceilings, feature panels, etc.
Varitex finish profile can vary from fine sandy or light textured finish.
Varitex spayed in orange peel effect or blob undulation effect.
Varitex rolled with wooly roller, then with Goop-loop roller texture.
Varitex will assist with covering surface imperfections on new or existing
buildings surfaces.
Varitex process for external use where weather-proofing system is
required incorporates a hi-build waterproofing base or over-lay coating.
Varitex is over-coated with Hitchins Nu-clear glaze process for improved
protection, resistance to dirt retention and weather resistance.
Varitex is a decorative fine uniform textured finish.
Varitex is flexible to accommodate structure stresses.
Varitex finish range varies from sandy, fine to lumpy profile texture
depending on choice and application procedures.
Varitex colour range is extensive, we provide near match colours to all
brands.
Varitex is economical; produces texture by hand roller application.
Varitex has very good hiding powers to improve substrate and the
overall building finishes.
Varitex Nu-clear glazed provides durable weatherproofing, improve
resistance of dirt retention and easier to clean finish.
Varitex is a hi-build acrylic coating that must be applied to dry surface,
in fine weather and must not be caught in changing weather until fully
dried.
Varitex when sprayed, all non-coated surfaces must be masked out or
